Ink purchases
I've been buying ink from this store for almost twenty years now, and let me tell you, it's been quite a journey. Ordering is easy peasy, no complaints about that. The service is fantastic. The customer service reps are always so helpful and on the ball, which is more than I can say for a lot of other companies. And the pricing? It's competitive and really helps me save some money. Delivery-wise, never had any problems. Always right on time and in good shape. Keep up the good work, guys.
Compatibility issue with ink cartridges
The ink cartridges I got from your company don't work on my computer. It's really frustrating and disappointing. I have to go through the trouble of sending them back and looking for a new supplier now.
Quick shipping, well packed toner cartridge
I was really excited when my toner cartridge arrived so quickly! It came way faster than I expected. And it was packed really nicely, so I don't have to worry about any damage. Incorrect product received
I'm really annoyed with the purchase I made from this company. I asked for a certain toner, but they sent me the totally wrong one. And now I'm stuck dealing with trying to fix this mess. Return request for wrong product
I reached out to customer service about an issue I had with a wrong product that was sent to me back on Feb 29. The person I talked to was nice, but I had a tough time understanding her. She said she would email me the return instructions and a shipping label, but I never got either of them. I also tried contacting them through email on the website, but no one got back to me. In the end, I was let down by the customer service I received and I don't plan on ordering from this site in the future.

I had a bad experience with the website. I thought I made the order by clicking Pay Now, but I never got an email to confirm it. Three days went by before I saw that my payment went through, even though the order stayed in my cart and wasn't set for delivery. It was really frustrating because I had to do it all over again. Easy to get best printer cartridges
I have two printers from Canon and i am using it for long time and due to performance i am not ready to change it, the only thing i require mostly is the cartridge refills which is easy to get it from here and highly recommend. The first reason why i recommend is the cartridge is really good, the colors are not light or too dark , it gives good results
also, the usage is really good and decent, it takes lesser ink but without degrading the results,
so yeah it works for a longer period, not too much but yeah still better than most of it, there are some good deals that i get time to time , yet i recommend you to try it if you are going for good performance
