Weirdly enough this ended up being a good surprise. At first the ink cartridges wouldn't play nice and I was ready to write the whole company off — been burned before by cheap replacements. I emailed, sent the UPS receipt like they asked, and after a bit of back-and-forth they tracked it down and sent replacements. Installing them was super easy and the prints look sharp, no streaks. Not perfect service speed-wise, but the product itself feels solid and does what I needed. Kinda glad I stuck with it instead of tossing it. Honestly, appreciate that they followed through after the hiccup — makes me more willing to buy again.

I got a clear RMA email when I needed to return one item, and it turned out their suggestion to handwrite the RMA on the box actually worked fine, weird as that sounds. Almost the right cartridge, wrong fit and worse follow-up
I needed a replacement ink cartridge fast — I run a small home design business and was printing invoices and proofs, so delays were a real nuisance. An in-store associate picked this cartridge for my printer and at first I thought great — packaging and model number seemed to match, felt like it would snap in. It wouldn’t seat though, gave an error and a weird rattle, so I boxed it up and followed their return instructions. Tracking showed it was delivered, but for months every call came back with “we haven’t received it.” Eventually someone admitted they had it but never started the refund. Then, since it was past 60 days (their rule), they said they could only refund via direct deposit or a specific payment app — no check. I’m not comfortable handing over bank details after all that, and I’m not going to download an app just for their convenience. We returned the cartridge; the refund is still unresolved.
