- Be careful, return costs add up- I bought two printer cartridges after seeing them in a marketplace ad — a colleague actually suggested the seller. They turned out not to work. I shipped them back and was told there wouldn't be a 20% restocking fee, but I still had to pay $21.20 for return postage — that was the part that annoyed me most, I kept asking why. They say they'll process a refund in 10–15 days, we'll see. Support was polite but couldn't confirm compatibility, so it felt like a needless hassle. If someone tips you, double-check compatibility or expect extra charges.
- Bad ink order, won't risk it again- avoid ordering from this place — not reliable and more trouble than it's worth. I ordered printer ink about three weeks ago because the price looked good and the site seemed normal. First impression was fine, then the box had the wrong cartridges. I called customer service four times over a few days; calls got cut off, they hung up, or I was disconnected — twice I had to call back. When I finally reached someone the conversation was hard to follow (heavy accent) and they refused a return or refund. Felt cheated, I'm annoyed, won't use them again.
- Finally got it sorted- Halfway through another cup of coffee I finally got the email — and that’s when I relaxed. I’d ordered ink, never opened the shipping box because COVID and then my printer died. I asked for an exchange and then sank into the waiting. Two different reps gave me conflicting answers; one said a supervisor would email return steps that day, nothing arrived, another talked over me and refused to transfer me. Annoying. Then, after a third call days later, someone actually sent a return label and the replacement was approved. Not perfect — inconsistent communication all the way — but the moment I saw that label I knew it would be okay. Had smoother returns with other shops, though.
- Weird cartridge saga- Weird little saga with a single ink cartridge. I bought a replacement for my home printer because I was in the middle of packing for a move and needed to print labels — nothing fancy, just practical. The site steered me to a refurbished black that wouldn’t work. Support gave a couple of troubleshooting tips that didn’t help, then said the refurbished black wasn’t compatible with my color set. I mailed it back expecting a refund and to grab the right one. For weeks they told me to wait while they searched the warehouse. After nagging on the phone and social, they finally found it and credited me. Slow and annoying, but it got fixed.
- Delivery turned into a hassle- Halfway through the return process I realized this would drag on. I ordered ink for my HP OfficeJet and got cartridges that won't even fit. The package showed up fine — delivery itself wasn't terrible — but customer service turned into a loop. They asked for pictures of the unopened packs, which I sent twice, and kept saying they needed to confirm they were sealed. A month later I'm still waiting on a $57.75 refund and every call feels like starting over. I get that mistakes happen, but the back-and-forth and excuses are exhausting. If you're buying from them, photograph everything and be ready to chase them. It works in the end maybe, but it's more hassle than it should be.
- Half order, half answers- save yourself some time and don't count on them. I first heard about this place from a coworker who swore by their prices, so I ordered a drum unit and some ink cartridges. They sent half the stuff. The rest? Radio silence. The box showed up a day late and one cartridge looked dented. No emails, no tracking, nothing. Calling in felt like a bad improv skit — the rep said they have the product but "don't know" when it will ship, then refused to patch me through to a manager. After I emailed they canceled the missing items without apology and said a refund would take one to two billing cycles. One to two billing cycles. That's absurd and slow. I'm annoyed, a bit amused at the nonsense, and now I won't recommend them to anyone.
- Bought it, learned my lesson- read other reviews first and maybe don’t assume a friendly refund process. At least I got something back, so I’m mildly relieved, but I’m not coming back.
- Waiting-game ink- I ordered ink cartridges on Feb 7 and honestly thought they'd show up in a week or two — nope. They finally turned up March 4, by which time I'd already bought replacements from somewhere else. First impression when I opened the box? Everything was sealed, neat, so no damage — which is good, but also kind of useless since I didn't need them anymore. I told Clickinks right away I wanted to return them, sent the photo they asked for (same day), and then… crickets. I chased them a couple times — on March 14, again on the 19th — and still no proper return instructions. It’s annoying because the product was fine; the real problem was the delivery lag and slow follow-up.
- Sort-of-smooth but odd customer service- double-check stock and be ready to call.
- Late arrival, then silence- someone did acknowledge the photo, but honestly the slow, patchy follow-up left me annoyed and still waiting.
- Mismatch and a long follow-up- the packaging itself said "not for this model." I contacted customer support right away. They told me over chat and email that the cartridges should still work and that if they didn't I'd get a full refund. They did not work. I spent days trying to get a straight answer, calling, emailing, calling again — replies were slow or missing. Eventually I opened a dispute with PayPal which pushed things along. After filing that complaint I finally received the full refund, though it took longer than reasonable. So, was it painless? No. Did I get my money back in the end? Yes. Would I order again without hesitation? Probably not, unless things change.
- Cautious purchase turned sour- I almost skipped this order — the price seemed right but some reviews made me wary. Still, I placed it and got the ink about two weeks later. First thing, cartridges looked fine but the printer wouldn't accept them; same issue on two different printers. I called the toll-free number and was told to ship it back with the tracking number and they'd refund once received. Okay, I did that, emailed the tracking, and then radio silence. A week went by, then two, then finally a refund for $7 — I had paid about $20 plus shipping. No apology, no explanation, nothing about withholding the rest. I followed up asking why a partial refund, no reply again. It's not really about the money so much as the hassle and the shrug. My doubts before buying didn't go away — they were confirmed. Lesson learned, I guess, really.
- Printer fit, but not working- they fit perfectly, felt fine, and then an error message. I called and got stuck under that persistent automated “you’re important” loop, multiple long holds, chat wouldn’t load, email asked me to send photos of the obvious error like I don’t know what I’m seeing. I did get through to ask for a return but now I’m facing a return authorization and possibly waiting a month for a nearly $100 refund. Small surprise: the packaging and build quality were better than I expected. Still, the whole support/refund side ruined the experience for me.
- Printer ghosted the cartridges- I’m elbow-deep in a move, labels to print, coffee cooling, and my printer treats these new cartridges like they’re undercover agents — it just won’t recognize them. The cartridges themselves felt fine in the hand, snapped in with that normal click, packaging wasn’t shaky, ink smelled normal — all the little signs like, yeah, this should work. But the printer? Nada. I spent most of the day chasing support: an automated system that kept reminding me I’m “important” every five seconds (which only made me more anxious), holds over eight and ten minutes, an email asking for pictures of the exact error like I don’t know what I’m looking at, and a chat function that didn’t work at all. No fix, no prints, just wasted time. I asked about returning them and now I’m stuck wondering if I’ll wait a month for a refund on almost $100. Not terrible product feel, honestly, but the whole experience was a mess — wouldn’t risk ordering again.
- Printer lifesaver, awkward refund dance- not so much. I tried every troubleshooting tip online and still no luck. Customer support did send a return postage label and were polite — that actually calmed me down — and they confirmed receipt of the Returned items several times. They kept saying the refund was on its way, escalated it, mentioned PayPal, asked me to wait 24 hours… and then another week. So yeah, still waiting. It’s frustrating, I kept calling, I stayed calm, but the follow-through on the refund is sloppy. On the bright side the cartridges themselves print well when they work, delivery was quick, and price is fair. Not perfect, but overall I’d try them again — just be ready to chase down that refund if needed.
- Smudged cartridge, slow resolution- the product itself felt cheap and inconsistent. Handling the cartridges made me pause — sticky spots, uneven plastic edges, a definite manufacturing feel. I mean, I get defects happen, but it’s the way it affected use that mattered: wasted time, wasted paper, interrupted plans. Emotionally I was just tired of going back and forth, relieved when the money finally showed up. Overall the frontline did okay, upper management response was the bottleneck.
- Slow shipping, poor follow-up- By the time I opened a PayPal dispute, I’d already wasted nearly three weeks waiting for cartridges I bought because of a “free 3‑day” shipping banner. I first saw the deal on a Facebook ad and even tipped a coworker who needed ink right away. After ordering I called, emailed and used the chat — radio silence. The status only moved after PayPal got involved, but tracking stalled in the handoff between DHL and USPS and hasn’t updated. PayPal says they can’t act until Clickinks does basic tracking research, which hasn’t happened. I ended up buying replacements elsewhere to keep working, so it cost me extra time and about $114. The item might still show up or might be lost, I don’t know, but I won’t risk it again. If you care about timely delivery and customer service, I’d look somewhere else.
- That little moment of relief- I still hear the soft clunk in my head from when I first popped a replacement cartridge into my Epson and it refused to wake up. I’d ordered a set of reman cartridges — they arrived quickly, even with an extra black thrown in — and at first I thought, okay, not bad. Then the printer wouldn’t recognize the cartridge. Took another one, same story. Turned out a tiny plastic tab from my printer had somehow broken off and ended up lodged in the cartridge, and the cartridges were missing the little contact board. No easy fix, and my printer was basically done. ClickInk did respond, gave me a return label and said they’d refund me. That part took forever — months of back-and-forth — but when they finally issued a partial refund I felt oddly relieved, like a sore knot eased a bit. It wasn’t enough to cover everything, so I had to buy a new printer. I’ve had good luck with remans from other sellers before, so I’m not ruling them all out, but this one was a hassle and left me wary.
- Ink purchases- I've been buying ink from this store for almost twenty years now, and let me tell you, it's been quite a journey. Ordering is easy peasy, no complaints about that. The service is fantastic. The customer service reps are always so helpful and on the ball, which is more than I can say for a lot of other companies. And the pricing? It's competitive and really helps me save some money. Delivery-wise, never had any problems. Always right on time and in good shape. Keep up the good work, guys.
- Compatibility issue with ink cartridges- The ink cartridges I got from your company don't work on my computer. It's really frustrating and disappointing. I have to go through the trouble of sending them back and looking for a new supplier now.
