It was just what I was looking for - a style that's no longer being made and was on sale! Plus, I scored a discount with a promo code.     4 pairs of shoes

    I bought 4 pairs of shoes online recently to have some options on hand. Sadly, one pair started squeaking on the left shoe after just 2 months of light use. I contacted Shoemall's customer service looking for a solution, considering how much I spent, but I was let down. Despite the obvious defect, they wouldn't replace or refund based on their strict 60-day return policy. It's frustrating to have to toss out a new pair of shoes because they won't back up their product. After this, I won't be shopping with Shoemall again.

    Hyped-up sneakers

    I can't believe how rude this store is! They did that classic thing where they said they had what I wanted in stock, but then they said it's actually on backorder until after the New Year. Trying to cancel was a nightmare - they wouldn't let me do it until the order was fully processed, and that took forever. Customer service was a joke, they just told me to call back later to try to cancel. It's a total scam!

    I was super pumped to receive the shoes I ordered online, but then the next day I found out via email that my order got cancelled! I didn't cancel it myself, they did it without giving any reason! Definitely would not recommend ordering from them, they're the worst!

    Slipper order

    I ordered these slippers from this website, and boy, did it take ages for them to arrive! But when they finally showed up, they were way too small because the size was totally off. So, I wanted to send them back, but guess what? They told me I had to pay for the return shipping! And to top it off, the customer service boss was super mean about it, saying they don't even guarantee sizes. Like seriously, what kind of customer service is that? Obviously, they should be making sure their customers are happy, it's a no-brainer!

    I just bought some shoes online and ran into a snag with the delivery. Ordering was a breeze, but then the shipping company hit me up saying they needed a signature for the package. The website didn't mention this at all when I was checking out. I usually go for home delivery to keep things easy, so having to trek out to pick up my order totally ruins the point of it all.

    Well, been waitin' for weeks now and still can't find my shoes. Who knows where they ended up, certainly not me. Been on the phone complainin' like crazy, but no luck yet. Not too thrilled about it, that's for sure.

    Shoe purchase for wide feet

    I just bought some shoes from Shoemall that were made for wide feet. But man, trying to return them was a huge pain! They gave me a return label that wouldn't work with USPS or FedEx, so I was stuck with these shoes I didn't want. I spent so much time trying to sort it out, but their customer service wasn't much help. The return label they sent didn't even have the right bar codes or meet the standards. It was a mess.

    Two pairs of shoes

    I was so let down by my recent experience ordering two pairs of shoes from this store. The shipping was just terrible, both pairs are still chilling in California after a whole week with no clue of when they'll actually arrive. The partnership between this store and FedEx was a total disaster, it made the whole experience super aggravating. In this fast-paced world we live in, waiting this long for a delivery is just not cool, especially for something as simple as shoes. If I could, I'd leave a negative review because of the poor communication and extra long shipping time that left me feeling really disappointed.

    An order for $200 boots

    I ordered a pair of boots for $200 from Shoemall's website. I was pretty pumped when I hit that purchase button, but things took a turn for the worse pretty quick. Got the confirmation email, waited for my package, but it just didn't show up. Tried contacting Shoemall's customer service, but it was like pulling teeth to get a response. Finally got through and found out there was some delivery issue. Super annoyed at the lack of updates or info during the whole ordeal. Eventually got my hands on the boots, but the whole thing was just not cool. Paid good money and expected better service, you know?

    Unintentional purchase

    I accidentally bought something and tried to cancel the order once I realized my error. But, it was already in the works and couldn't be stopped. To make matters worse, I found out that I'd have to fork over cash for return shipping once it came. Not cool! This whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth about their customer service and I'm not too eager to shop with them again.

    Recent boot purchase

    I just bought a pair of boots from Shoemall and I was so pumped about them. But, the shipping kept getting delayed over and over again, and I ended up waiting way longer than I thought. Turns out, I found the same boots on a bunch of other sites, which bugged me. I read a lot of reviews saying they had issues with stock and inventory in 2020, so I decided to cancel my order. Ended up getting the boots from a different store with fast delivery and a similar price.

    High-quality leather boots

    I just bought a pair of really nice leather boots from Shoemall and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how well-made they are. They look just like they did on the website and they fit me perfectly. The leather feels super durable and like it'll last a long time. The stitching is top-notch too. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase from Shoemall.

    I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my latest buy from Shoemall. Ordering wasn't too complicated, but the service was definitely lacking. Prices were alright, nothing too special. But man, the delivery took forever! And when I tried to get some help from customer service, they just gave me the runaround with conflicting info. All in all, not a great experience. I won't be going back to Shoemall anytime soon.

    Sandals purchase

    Even though I was a little worried because of some bad reviews, I went ahead and bought a pair of sandals from ShoeMall because they were the only ones that had my size. Everything went smoothly, and I got the shoes in about a week. They arrived in great condition, all packaged up nicely and looking brand new with no scratches or anything. I'm really happy with how everything went down with ShoeMall, and I'll definitely be going back there to shop again.

    Something missing here I know this company since long time My problem.is can't recommend anyone to visit site Though huge collections are available Last delivery of Flip flops scheduled well on time and delivered as usual ,almost three days later then scheduled time But most embarrassing is to communicate with them on time I can sit all the days just to keep trying ,when connected I didn't assured what to.e they are delivering me Just shared this is with logistics and any time you can get it
    Please do some positive improvement,you have millions of customers who really want with you.
