I just bought a watch online and then saw it for £75 less somewhere else. I contacted Rowland at FCW and he quickly agreed to match the price. The watch and refund came the next day, and I'm really pleased with the service. I've used this company before and I'll definitely be using them again.

An order for $200 boots
I ordered a pair of boots for $200 from Shoemall's website. I was pretty pumped when I hit that purchase button, but things took a turn for the worse pretty quick. Got the confirmation email, waited for my package, but it just didn't show up. Tried contacting Shoemall's customer service, but it was like pulling teeth to get a response. Finally got through and found out there was some delivery issue. Super annoyed at the lack of updates or info during the whole ordeal. Eventually got my hands on the boots, but the whole thing was just not cool. Paid good money and expected better service, you know?

"Organic snow pants"
I just got these really nice organic snow pants for when I go out exploring. They looked awesome and seemed like they were good quality. But when I went on my first skiing trip this season, I realized the zipper was totally messed up, making it really hard to wear the pants. I was bummed about the pants being defective, so I went to the store in Hingham, MA to figure out a solution.

I placed my order on May 14th 2021. I live in Toronto, Canada, and it came to $270.00 USD ($343.18 CAD) including shipping ($45.00 USD).
KicksCrew's website states that orders take 5-10 business days to process. I was aware that it might take some time.
As of June 3rd, the status of my order hadn't changed so I emailed KicksCrew CS. I received a swift response informing me that my shoes were undergoing quality assurance. This wasn't the first email I sent them (I don't often order online so I was very anxious), and they were always quick to respond, and very reassuring.
I emailed them again on June 24th as my tracking info. still hadn't changed. They informed me that my order had been stuck in customs for some time, and I had 2 options.
1. Receive a full refund (including shipping fees).
2. KicksCrew would send a new pair of the same shoe via international priority, and refund me $10.00.
I picked the 2nd option because I really wanted these shoes.
That same day, I received confirmation that a new pair had been sent, and the next day I received my $10 USD refund.
On July 9th my shoes were received by FedEx, and were delivered on July 14th. They are the correct size, in perfect condition and certainly seem to be legitimate.
Overall, my shoes took 2 months to arrive which is longer than I expected. However, the customer service team was beyond excellent and ultimately I got exactly what I wanted.
Overall I do not think they are optimized for shipping to Canada, but they have AMAZING CS agents. They are also 100% not a scam company, and conduct themselves with a lot of integrity.
I'm happy with my experience. However, buyers should beware that you will likely wait a long time to receive your order.No one shop Hk these days u shop china now for shoes to wear now. YOU CAN FIND 1:1 TOP GRADE SHOES NOWDAYS IN ????????. MY BELOVED MAINLAND.
Have u ever seen china people come down hk buy shoes. Answer is no. YOU GOTTA KNOW ABOUT CHINA NOW DAYS IS SHOPPING.Don’t recommend purchasing from this company. Per their rules, you can only purchase one shoe at a time thus getting charged multiple foreign transaction fees. I understood that and placed two separate orders for the same shoe. The converse I purchased were not true to size., never had an issue with converse shoe sizes. I received one pair first and immediately contacted the company to get the second order corrected. Per their policy they can do size exchanges. When I contacted them, they wanted me to re-order the shoe and pay a third fee before the shoe size was exchanged. Two months later they still have my funds and I have not received my second pair of shoes.

Kidsguard pro for android
The app is fabulous. After i installed it on andrid phone, it took a quite while to upload the data. and the next day when i logged into the dashboard, i can see most of the data, like locations, social apps, texts and calls. I use Capture Screeshot feature a lot and it really helped me to grab some information, the only drawback is somehow it suddenly stopped working and says make sure the target phone is switched on. I hope the developer team can improve the stability. btw, I have also tried mspy, flxispy and other products. to be honest, kidsguard pro works best and it's the cheapest one....

It uploaded and installed easily however now I can't get on the website from any device I own. Can't get a secure connection yet it couldn't get any more secure. The proper connection would be a huge collection of unsatisfied seriously pissed off customers whom were trying to get some clarity who've been met with 1 complication after another. I'd like to request a refund if anyone can point me in that direction hopefully they'll be some kind of connection to correspond with the collection of upset customers whove had nothing but bad experiences when it comes to this product. They get ya with the low cost and promise of so many features but it's all just bullshit. Dont waste ur time

Dana I feel the same way, it took tricks and all to make sure I had the phone without knowledge to this and yet... it doesn’t work.
It worked for one day. Now all that works is call log and some messages. The most important one, keylogger, does not work at all. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Since day one all I have is issues and frustation nothing works as is says ..it's been a month of pure frustation whatssapp don't fully work Keylogger half worlds screenshots its the only thing that works for a beat until u got a message saying either phone is off or will work when phone is back on. funny all these start to happen after 30 days of subscription ???? I purchased 1 year subscription. but since day on of instalation I been in contact and all I get it's running around .do these and do that .and after done all if don't work unistall and install again come one really ....and another thing support is always on error on leftbottom corner ..how i get in contact w you guys

Three bottles of Meno glow
This product Meno glow causes constipation. I have tried drinking lots of water over a gallon a day and eating two oranges and one apple a day and still constipation persists. This is NOT normal for me. To make the situation even worse, I have noticed no benefit whatsoever in taking it. It was over a $100 wasted. I noticed you have no category for product satisfaction therefore your ratings are skewed because I have no complaints with the other categories. I could maybe make a stretch and give service a one star. My decision is to give all categories a one star because product satisfaction is not one of the categories. I have also noticed your reviews are overly high in ratings. No matter what product, there are always bad reviews. This leads me to believe you screen out reviews unbecoming to your company. I will be very hesitant in the future to try a new product and especially in ordering three months before testing the product.
I also had logon issues with your website and once I finally logged in my purchase wasn’t recorded.I noticed that too that there is intent to not allow one access to their account and therefore you don’t accumulate the points from the order for discounts. It’s a hoax.
Maya. I disagree and so does 90% of people that got scammed by this company. They are a complete scam and not only don't done the product. A lot of people have had their credit cards compromised after purchase.
