Nike Shox TL Black (US Mens 8)
I placed my order on May 14th 2021. I live in Toronto, Canada, and it came to $270.00 USD ($343.18 CAD) including shipping ($45.00 USD).
KicksCrew's website states that orders take 5-10 business days to process. I was aware that it might take some time.
As of June 3rd, the status of my order hadn't changed so I emailed KicksCrew CS. I received a swift response informing me that my shoes were undergoing quality assurance. This wasn't the first email I sent them (I don't often order online so I was very anxious), and they were always quick to respond, and very reassuring.
I emailed them again on June 24th as my tracking info. still hadn't changed. They informed me that my order had been stuck in customs for some time, and I had 2 options.
1. Receive a full refund (including shipping fees).
2. KicksCrew would send a new pair of the same shoe via international priority, and refund me $10.00.
I picked the 2nd option because I really wanted these shoes.
That same day, I received confirmation that a new pair had been sent, and the next day I received my $10 USD refund.
On July 9th my shoes were received by FedEx, and were delivered on July 14th. They are the correct size, in perfect condition and certainly seem to be legitimate.
Overall, my shoes took 2 months to arrive which is longer than I expected. However, the customer service team was beyond excellent and ultimately I got exactly what I wanted.
Overall I do not think they are optimized for shipping to Canada, but they have AMAZING CS agents. They are also 100% not a scam company, and conduct themselves with a lot of integrity.
I'm happy with my experience. However, buyers should beware that you will likely wait a long time to receive your order.Maya. I disagree and so does 90% of people that got scammed by this company. They are a complete scam and not only don't done the product. A lot of people have had their credit cards compromised after purchase.

Have u ever seen china people come down hk buy shoes. Answer is no. YOU GOTTA KNOW ABOUT CHINA NOW DAYS IS SHOPPING.Don’t recommend purchasing from this company. Per their rules, you can only purchase one shoe at a time thus getting charged multiple foreign transaction fees. I understood that and placed two separate orders for the same shoe. The converse I purchased were not true to size., never had an issue with converse shoe sizes. I received one pair first and immediately contacted the company to get the second order corrected. Per their policy they can do size exchanges. When I contacted them, they wanted me to re-order the shoe and pay a third fee before the shoe size was exchanged. Two months later they still have my funds and I have not received my second pair of shoes.
Authentic Shoes
I just got some real nice shoes from this website and honestly, it was a smooth transaction. The shoes looked exactly like they were described and I was really happy with how good they were. I've bought stuff from here a few times now and I've never been let down. Plus, the customer service folks were super helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. All in all, I'm really happy with my shopping experience here and would totally tell anyone looking for legit shoes to check it out.
Brown NB sneakers purchased
I recently bought a sweet pair of brown NB sneakers from KicksCrew and man, I'm thrilled about it. Couldn't find them anywhere else in my size, but KicksCrew had 'em at a good price and shipped 'em fast. This is my second time shopping there and I gotta say, their service is top-notch. My son actually had the same deal with a pair of Adidas sneakers he was crazy about, but KicksCrew saved the day. They're definitely my new favorite spot for buying kicks.

Just copped these new kicks! They're so fresh, look just like the pics. The tags on 'em say KicksCrew double-checked, pretty cool.<br><br>Took a minute to get 'em, like almost two weeks, comin' all the way from Hong Kong to Cali. But I guess that's how it goes with international shipping, no biggie.<br><br>All in all, good time ordering from KicksCrew. Might have to hit 'em up again down the line!
Air Jordan 1 lows
I recently bought a pair of Air Jordan 1 lows from KicksCrew, and I was pretty bummed out with how everything went down. I usually order shoes monthly from a different company, but KicksCrew's setup seemed messy and slow in comparison. The delivery took way longer than I thought it would, and it was annoying because I really wanted to rock my new kicks. When the shoes finally showed up, I noticed the leather felt off compared to my other Air Jordans. It was softer, and it made me wonder if they were actually legit. I think KicksCrew should make it easier to prove their products are real or offer replacements for sketchy orders.

Shoes too small

After checking out a really good YouTube review, I thought "Hey, why not?" and placed an order for my first pair of shoes from this website. It took about two weeks for them to show up, but let me tell you, they were definitely worth the wait! These shoes are so cool and totally the real deal. I recently bought a pair of sneakers from this website and man, let me tell you, the shipping time was so slow. It's been 10 days since I ordered them and the status still says "in process of fulfilling." The website says it can take 7-10 business days to update and go through quality control, but I think that's way too long. I paid a pretty penny for these kicks, so the shipping should be quicker. At this rate, I'm worried I won't get them for another 3 weeks or even a whole month. Plus, the customer service reps I talked to were no help at all and seemed like they had no clue what was going on.
