I am so happy with the shoes I bought! They are just what I wanted and they look even better in person. Plus, they fit me perfectly. Ordering them was easy and I even got a discount on them. If you're trying to find a specific shoe that's no longer on the brand's website, I definitely suggest checking out this website. It's been great for me!
Order cancellation
I just had a rough experience buying from KicksCrew. I placed an order, but it got cancelled right after I paid and they were trying to fulfill it. I was really let down, 'cause I've always been happy with the shoes I've gotten from them in the past. I get that limited drops can be tricky with supply and demand, but it's still a bummer when my size costs way more than others. This whole thing left me feeling kinda bummed and not sure if I wanna buy from them again.
My new kicks
Just copped these new kicks! They're so fresh, look just like the pics. The tags on 'em say KicksCrew double-checked, pretty cool.<br><br>Took a minute to get 'em, like almost two weeks, comin' all the way from Hong Kong to Cali. But I guess that's how it goes with international shipping, no biggie.<br><br>All in all, good time ordering from KicksCrew. Might have to hit 'em up again down the line!
Women's dunks selection
I've been coming back to this place a lot and I even told a friend to check it out. We're both obsessed with the women's dunks they have! I have this awesome pair with pink and green that don't match on purpose, and every time I wear them, people are always asking about them. They're super high quality and the designs are one-of-a-kind. Definitely check them out if you're into dunks!

! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !
I bought Nike air force 1, shadow patchwork almost a month ago. First of all the prices are ridiculous, then it took a little longer than what they claim.
The nightmare started when I decided to exchange the shoes for a different size. Their customer service phone number doesn't work, you can only email them... I guess they have only one person in customer service. I sent 3 emails through the app, nobody ever responded. I didn't get a response until I contacted my PayPal customer Service and filed a claim. Next thing I know, there's an email from that only customer service employee. The ridiculous, unrealistic and ... exchange policy raises several question about the legitimacy of this worthless company.
I finally decided to end this disgusting nightmare, I don't need no shoes and I surely don't need to do business with a bunch of scammers who call themselves "a company".
Please know that they charge a return fee of 15% of the total price of the commodity, plus a return postage of $20, plus the original shipping is NOT refundable.

This is my second time ordering from Kickscrew , first time was right before Christmas so it took little but when l reached out to customer service, they contacted me right away and made me feel so secure. This time was only took a week . My experience with Kickscrew was beyond my expectations and l am very satisfied both time !
Nike Tennis Shoes
Do NOT order from Kicks Crew. We ordered a pair of Nike tennis shoes and the delivery took longer than they promised and after receiving them, the only way to try to exchange them is by e-mail. We have e-mailed them four times over the last 4 weeks and have received no reply whatsoever. If none of these issues matter, than at least you do get what you order, but expect to wait with 0 ability to exchange.
NIKE PANDA DUNKS
I ordered these shoes in early November - they arrived AFTER christmas so I had to go buy a new pair as i had no clue if they would ever come. Then when they did arrive the SIZE NOT TO SCALE! MY DAUGHER HAS SEVERAL DUNKS AND THESE ARE VERY SMALL - NOT A TRUE 8.5. and now they will not send me a return slip or respond to any of my emails - scam!

Just as a personal comment, don't have a phone number or direct chat to solve a customer issue is shady and coward, a respectful company will take care about services, what clearly KICKCREW don't do.

I ordered the shoes over 3 weeks ago and as yet i keep getting excuses. They have not even left their logistics warehouse. Firstly they are on the way from their logistics provider and now COVID has delay the dispatch. I understand there are logistics issues, however don't make excuses, just be upfront with customers. I am asked to be patient however patience is only deserved if Kickscrew is upfront and honest.

I purchased a pair of Converse sneakers for my daughter as a Christmas present. I ordered early (due to the Pandemic!!) The shoes came and seemed unusually large, but I wrapped them up and gave them to my daughter on Christmas. They were too big, and I asked to exchange them for a smaller size. Kicks crew refused, because they have a 7 day window to return. THEY DID NOT CARE THAT THE SHOES HAD NEVER BEEN TOUCHED BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO BIG!! THEY DID NOT CARE THAT THE SHOES WERE A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR A CHILD!! THEY DID NOT EVEN CARE THAT THIS WAS PURCHASED DURING A PANDEMIC!!!

If I could give a 0, I would. Already shared my experience with any many people as possible. So they don't fall make the same mistake that I did. First, the pricing was misleading on the website, the checkout is misleading on the website, no indication of duties, and when the package arrvied to my door I was given a nice duty charge and surpised that it was $100.00 for one pair of shoes. The return hasn't been processed yet, and the package was sent 6 weeks ago. They will charge me for shipping plus duties on my total purchase. Scum company, never again will I purchase from them.

I recently ordered on July 15th 2021, and got the package on the 30th of July. The overall process took 11 business days to arrived. I am from the US. At first, I was hesitating about ordering cause it was my first time but good thing this website is legit. The product came in a nice condition except for the box.
DO NOT buy shoes from KICKS crew! The shoes were total knock offs with tap holding down the crappy seam job under neath the sole. I ordered a pair of Adidas superstars and they were ultra wide and do not even fit the design on the outside doesnt look like it is suppose to and I waited over two months to recieve the shoes. When I complained there customer service rep made it nearly impossible to return the shoes and said they would only refund a portion of the total! Outrageous rip off scam, DO NOT buy from them.

Honestly I don’t understand all of the bad reviews. My order was processed and shipped after 3 days and my order got here one week later. When I had a issue with my email and contacted customer service, they reached out to me right away and resolved my issue. The shoes are legit and look great.

I placed my order on May 14th 2021. I live in Toronto, Canada, and it came to $270.00 USD ($343.18 CAD) including shipping ($45.00 USD).
KicksCrew's website states that orders take 5-10 business days to process. I was aware that it might take some time.
As of June 3rd, the status of my order hadn't changed so I emailed KicksCrew CS. I received a swift response informing me that my shoes were undergoing quality assurance. This wasn't the first email I sent them (I don't often order online so I was very anxious), and they were always quick to respond, and very reassuring.
I emailed them again on June 24th as my tracking info. still hadn't changed. They informed me that my order had been stuck in customs for some time, and I had 2 options.
1. Receive a full refund (including shipping fees).
2. KicksCrew would send a new pair of the same shoe via international priority, and refund me $10.00.
I picked the 2nd option because I really wanted these shoes.
That same day, I received confirmation that a new pair had been sent, and the next day I received my $10 USD refund.
On July 9th my shoes were received by FedEx, and were delivered on July 14th. They are the correct size, in perfect condition and certainly seem to be legitimate.
Overall, my shoes took 2 months to arrive which is longer than I expected. However, the customer service team was beyond excellent and ultimately I got exactly what I wanted.
Overall I do not think they are optimized for shipping to Canada, but they have AMAZING CS agents. They are also 100% not a scam company, and conduct themselves with a lot of integrity.

Per their rules, you can only purchase one shoe at a time thus getting charged multiple foreign transaction fees. I understood that and placed two separate orders for the same shoe. The converse I purchased were not true to size., never had an issue with converse shoe sizes. I received one pair first and immediately contacted the company to get the second order corrected. Per their policy they can do size exchanges. When I contacted them, they wanted me to re-order the shoe and pay a third fee before the shoe size was exchanged. Two months later they still have my funds and I have not received my second pair of shoes.

Initially thought the mixed reviews online were standard with disgruntled buyers and all. I am not one to hate on a company just because they are based in China/Hong Kong. But holy hell is this company a complete scam. Ordered from them. Respected their 3-12 "working days" processing time (not inclusive of shipping time). Then items never shipped and customer rep (Maria) says being a consignment store they could not confirm an order fulfillment time. Tried to cancel and no response. Thankfully I purchased through PayPal and have buyer protection. Being Asian myself I don't shit on my own kind, but its companies like this like make the western world think China/Hong Kong companies a scam.
