! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !
I bought Nike air force 1, shadow patchwork almost a month ago. First of all the prices are ridiculous, then it took a little longer than what they claim.
The nightmare started when I decided to exchange the shoes for a different size. Their customer service phone number doesn't work, you can only email them... I guess they have only one person in customer service. I sent 3 emails through the app, nobody ever responded. I didn't get a response until I contacted my PayPal customer Service and filed a claim. Next thing I know, there's an email from that only customer service employee. The ridiculous, unrealistic and ... exchange policy raises several question about the legitimacy of this worthless company.
I finally decided to end this disgusting nightmare, I don't need no shoes and I surely don't need to do business with a bunch of scammers who call themselves "a company".
Please know that they charge a return fee of 15% of the total price of the commodity, plus a return postage of $20, plus the original shipping is NOT refundable.

Nike Tennis Shoes
Do NOT order from Kicks Crew. We ordered a pair of Nike tennis shoes and the delivery took longer than they promised and after receiving them, the only way to try to exchange them is by e-mail. We have e-mailed them four times over the last 4 weeks and have received no reply whatsoever. If none of these issues matter, than at least you do get what you order, but expect to wait with 0 ability to exchange.
NIKE PANDA DUNKS
I ordered these shoes in early November - they arrived AFTER christmas so I had to go buy a new pair as i had no clue if they would ever come. Then when they did arrive the SIZE NOT TO SCALE! MY DAUGHER HAS SEVERAL DUNKS AND THESE ARE VERY SMALL - NOT A TRUE 8.5. and now they will not send me a return slip or respond to any of my emails - scam!

If you want to cancel your order there hiding fee
They don’t told about anything when you place your order
But after you pay for your order then you see all scammers and hidden fee and lie this company don’t respect their customers
I recommend everyone don’t did same my mistake
I still waiting them to reply back to me
I think they scammer they just get the 15 percent and the shipping fee they make ton of money of that

Your company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
the order was placed 12 day ago and has not being fulfilled, and of course not shipped until now, On top of that if I cancel the order I have to pay 15% fee For what???
Just as a personal comment, don't have a phone number or direct chat to solve a customer issue is shady and coward, a respectful company will take care about services, what clearly KICKCREW don't do.
The only place that offer the shoes color that my friend want, for that I pay expensive price and a expensive shipping cost offering 2 day shipping, how ever they don't clarify that they will take for ever to fulfill your order. AVOID THIS WEB SITEBuy a pair of shoes
I ordered the shoes over 3 weeks ago and as yet i keep getting excuses. They have not even left their logistics warehouse. Firstly they are on the way from their logistics provider and now COVID has delay the dispatch. I understand there are logistics issues, however don't make excuses, just be upfront with customers. I am asked to be patient however patience is only deserved if Kickscrew is upfront and honest.
Converse Sneakers
I purchased a pair of Converse sneakers for my daughter as a Christmas present. I ordered early (due to the Pandemic!!) The shoes came and seemed unusually large, but I wrapped them up and gave them to my daughter on Christmas. They were too big, and I asked to exchange them for a smaller size. Kicks crew refused, because they have a 7 day window to return. THEY DID NOT CARE THAT THE SHOES HAD NEVER BEEN TOUCHED BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO BIG!! THEY DID NOT CARE THAT THE SHOES WERE A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR A CHILD!! THEY DID NOT EVEN CARE THAT THIS WAS PURCHASED DURING A PANDEMIC!!!

If I could give a 0, I would. Already shared my experience with any many people as possible. So they don't fall make the same mistake that I did. First, the pricing was misleading on the website, the checkout is misleading on the website, no indication of duties, and when the package arrvied to my door I was given a nice duty charge and surpised that it was $100.00 for one pair of shoes. The return hasn't been processed yet, and the package was sent 6 weeks ago. They will charge me for shipping plus duties on my total purchase. Scum company, never again will I purchase from them.
*Update* after waiting 2 months for my return. Here's the kicker, my shoes cost me 255 USD I got a refund of 78 USD. I will make a passion of mine to whip off as many potential customers as possible. FU Kickscrew, and FU everyone who works there.
