I had this really terrible tent that ended up breaking on me, and the company wasn't willing to help at all. But then WildBounds came through like, "Don't stress, we've got your back!" and sent over a whole new tent. Their customer service team was absolutely amazing.

I just bought a desk chair from this company and had a bad time with their customer service. I wanted to cancel my order because things changed, but I didn't hear back after sending three emails. The chair still showed up at my house, costing me money I didn't need to spend. GDF Studio really let me down with their lack of communication and help.

Pink dress with yellow flowers
I can't believe this, I'm so upset! I ordered the cutest pink dress online with yellow flowers and it arrived way too tight. Then when I tried to return it, the customer service was absolutely terrible. No one picked up when I called, the chat felt automated, and the website was no help at all. On top of that, they expected me to send back the free gift I received just because the dress was $2 below the minimum spend. How disrespectful is that? I swear, I am never shopping here again!

Swimsuits orders
I used to really like this company's stuff, especially their swimsuits. But man, my recent experiences have been a total nightmare. I made not one, not two, but three orders with them, shelling out a good chunk of change, and so far, I've only gotten two. And get this - both orders I got were completely messed up! The first was missing stuff, so I reached out to customer service, and they said they'd fix it. Awesome, right? Wrong. They sent the wrong stuff again! I think they must have some kind of mix-up in their warehouse, or they just don't care about getting it right. <br><br>And let me tell you about the second order. The size was way off, and the extra pads were used and gross - they even had post-it notes on them! Yuck. I needed it for a competition, so I paid extra for fast shipping, only to get the wrong order with no chance of a refund, just exchanges. It's so frustrating, and I'm hoping they can get it together before my competition. If you're thinking about ordering from them, be really careful and ready to wait a long time for your stuff - if it even comes right.

I just got some really awesome rosary beads from this shop and the whole process went pretty well! But man, I really wish I could choose a different delivery person because the Postal Service is going so slow lately. It's like, seriously unreliable right now because of Postmaster General Louis DeJoy. It's already mid-February and I'm starting to stress that I won't even get my beads until June. Hopefully they can come up with a better way to get things to us quickly.

Buy a pair of shoes
I ordered the shoes over 3 weeks ago and as yet i keep getting excuses. They have not even left their logistics warehouse. Firstly they are on the way from their logistics provider and now COVID has delay the dispatch. I understand there are logistics issues, however don't make excuses, just be upfront with customers. I am asked to be patient however patience is only deserved if Kickscrew is upfront and honest.
