Tent, sleeping bags, fast delivery
I've bought stuff from this site a bunch of times, and every time has been awesome. My latest order had a tent and two Sierra Designs sleeping bags, and it showed up in just two days like they said it would. One cool thing about this site is that the weights listed for the items were actually right, unlike some other outdoor stores I've bought from. I even got a winter sleeping bag at 60% off, which was a killer deal. I haven't had any issues with customer service or returns, but the whole buying and delivery process has been easy and quick. Another thing I like is that they take payments through PayPal, so I can pay in installments if I have to. Overall, I'm super happy with how everything has gone so far.
Reflective backpack purchase
I gotta say, I got this cool reflective backpack from this company recently and I was really impressed with how everything went down. I placed my order on a Monday and bam, got it by Thursday, which was quicker than I thought. The customer service was top-notch too, I even got an email from this lady named Ellie, inviting me to hit her up if I had any questions. The backpack ended up not being what I needed, so I had to return it. But, the whole refund process was super easy and I had my money back within 2 days. Overall, I’m really happy with how it all went and I’d definitely think about buying from them again in the future.
Sleeping mat purchase
I recently bought two sleeping mats from this outdoor company and I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome their customer service was. I wasn't sure about Wild Bounds website at first, it looked a bit shady. But they had the best deal on the charger I needed, so I decided to go for it and place an order. To my surprise, it got here even faster than they promised. I was thrilled with my purchase and I'll definitely be buying from them again!

I got this Barebones Field Hatchet, and guess what? There was a flaw in the wood handle. So, I reached out to customer service and they were super helpful - offering a refund or exchange with no problem at all. And get this, the package arrived all nicely wrapped and right on time for the holidays. Totally surpassed my expectations.
Sleeping Bag purchase
I got this sleeping bag from here and it was so comfy! But then after a few months, I found a hole in it. I took some pictures and emailed them, and they sent me a new one right away - before I even sent the old one back. The customer service was unreal, seriously the best I've ever experienced!
