Pair of gloves
I bought some gloves from this store not long ago and now I keep getting so many marketing emails that I didn't even sign up for. It's really annoying and actually against the law here in the UK. The rules say they have to ask before sending out marketing emails, and just putting an unsubscribe button at the bottom isn't good enough. I hope the store takes a look at how they're doing their email marketing and makes sure they're following the rules.
New tent
I had this really terrible tent that ended up breaking on me, and the company wasn't willing to help at all. But then WildBounds came through like, "Don't stress, we've got your back!" and sent over a whole new tent. Their customer service team was absolutely amazing.
Leggings purchase
The leggings I ordered came all hairy, which was pretty gross. But when I got in touch with customer service, they quickly gave me a refund. Gotta give props to them for their awesome response.
