Oh my gosh, this little thing is amazing! It's so cool and fun to play with. It's small but really strong. The different vibration options are fantastic and they definitely make things more exciting in the bedroom. I'm really enjoying it!

The tees I got were awesome - they fit so well and were super comfy. But, there was a little issue with the delivery at first. Luckily, Raleigh in customer service really went the extra mile to fix it, and I ended up really happy with everything. I gotta tell ya, the Pet Supermarket in Amelia Island, FL is like a hidden treasure for all your pet needs. I stopped by the store to pick up some stuff for my Macaw and four brand new ferrets, and let me tell ya, I was super impressed with how awesome the service was, especially from the store manager, Alex. Alex totally went the extra mile to help me track down everything I needed for my furry friends, and even gave me some great tips on taking care of them. The rest of the staff, like Brooke, were so helpful and nice, it made my shopping trip a breeze.

Dissatisfied customer
I gotta say, as someone who uses Stitch Fix, I'm pretty disappointed with the stuff the stylists have been sending me. Even though I give them detailed feedback, chat and email with them, and update my profile all the time, I keep getting things I've made it clear I don't like. It's frustrating to pay a lot for a service that doesn't seem to care about giving me personalized choices. And finding out that some items are picked by a computer instead of a human stylist was the last straw for me. I feel like I'm putting in more effort to stay a customer than the company is to keep me, and it's really discouraging. After spending time and money on this, it might be time for me to find a different service that's more focused on me and pays closer attention to what I want.

Overseas purchase
Ordering was a breeze until I got hit with a surprise invoice for import costs that weren't mentioned before. It tacked on some extra fees that really jacked up the total price of my order. And to top it off, right after that, I got a digital content code that basically made it impossible to return anything. It seemed like a shady move to stop people from sending stuff back after getting hit with those import fees. It left me feeling pretty annoyed and let down by the whole thing.

In spite of the tough times we're all facing due to the pandemic, I gotta give a shoutout to this company for their amazing customer service. They really went the extra mile for their customers, starting from the moment I bought those three pairs of shoes. Every time I talked to their reps, they were super nice and seemed genuinely excited to help me out. And they didn't stop there - they made sure my shoes arrived on time and in perfect shape, even throwing in some shoe bags and horns as a nice touch. Whenever I had a question, they were on it right away with speedy and detailed responses. Overall, I'm super happy with how everything turned out and I'll definitely be coming back to this company again in the future.

Leather jacket return
I'm pretty frustrated with this company right now. I returned a leather jacket like they asked, but it's been weeks and I haven't gotten my refund yet. It's like they don't even care. They haven't been responding to my emails and keep saying they'll do something about it on the phone, but then nothing happens. I'm thinking about getting the BBB involved because this is just not right. I wouldn't recommend this company for online shopping, they're one of the worst I've dealt with.
