Overpriced surprise box
This company is such a scam! I was totally finished with Stitch Fix, but somehow they gave my info to another company without even asking me. I got a random box from this new company I never heard of and was so surprised when I saw they charged me a crazy amount for it. I can't believe this is happening and I want my money back right away. It's not right for them to do this to people who trust them.
Disappointing styling choices
I've been a customer of Stitch Fix for a while now, and honestly, most of the fixes I get are just not cutting it. It's like the stylists aren't really paying attention to what I like or want when they pick out stuff for me. The other day, I picked out three items I really wanted from the preview, but none of them showed up in my actual fix. When I brought it up, all they offered me was a $20 credit for my next fix. But to be real, I don't think I'm gonna give them another shot. My feedback seems to always get ignored, and I'm just tired of being let down by what they send me.
Garbage synthetics
Ugh, why would I want those cheap plastic clothes that just make me all sweaty? I ordered some stuff online and it was all made from gross synthetic fabrics that I can't stand. Who wants to be stuck all day in rayon or polyester? Definitely not me! I ended up with this super ugly gray t-shirt that's 100% rayon, which basically just means it's gonna be gross and make me sweat. I was hoping for a nice cotton tee, but nope, they had to throw in rayon. And the price? Ridiculous. Why should I have to shell out so much money for something that's gonna have me dripping in sweat? No thanks, StitchFix, I'm done with your crappy clothes!
One-time box purchase
I bought a box from this company recently and I was pretty happy with what I got. The clothes were stylish and good quality, and the packaging was done nicely too. Some items didn't fit quite right, but returning them was no problem at all. Even though I had a few size issues, I'd think about buying from them again in the future.
Clothes subscription box
So, I signed up all excited for my first shipment from this company, but guess what? The package never showed up at my door! After going back and forth with customer service and the shipping company, they finally refunded my $20. But then, the second box of clothes they sent me also didn't make it to me. They said it was left on a porch, but it wasn't mine - I checked my home security cameras. I tried to fix it, but then a supervisor accused me of not paying for 10 items I never even got, and they closed my account. The whole situation was just unprofessional and disappointing.
Business casual clothing for postpartum body
I've been using this service for 6 years now and every time I get one of those personalized boxes, it's always a good experience. In the beginning, there were a few times where my stylist missed the mark because we were still figuring things out, but now they really nail it every time. They actually listen to what I want and give me options that make me feel good and look good. Recently, I asked for some business casual clothes for my postpartum body and they did a great job picking out pieces for me. And if something breaks or rips, they always take care of it quickly with an exchange. I'm super happy with the service and definitely recommend it to others.
Business attire
I was really bummed out when I received my Stitch Fix order for business attire because it totally missed the mark. I asked for cute yet professional outfits, but instead, I got stuff like spaghetti straps and crop tops that just weren't going to cut it. On top of that, there were problems with delivery because of some mix-up with a neighbor's address. My clothes ended up being delivered to the wrong person more than once. This resulted in me getting charged for stuff I never even got. When I tried to reach out to Stitch Fix to clear things up, they weren't much help and ended up blocking me. It was frustrating, to say the least.
Freestyle feature
I've been using Stitch Fix for a while now, and I decided to give their freestyle feature a shot not too long ago. I was really happy with all the different choices they gave me, it was a nice change for my wardrobe.
First fix delivery issue
I had some problems with my first order from this company. The tracking number they gave me didn't work, and they marked my order as delivered when it wasn't. Turns out, the package went to the wrong apartment. But when I asked for a refund, they said no. So, I had to go find it myself. And when I got it, the stuff was way too expensive for what I got. On top of that, I had trouble with returning things and they threatened to charge me for being late, even though they never said there was an extended deadline. Overall, it was a real pain dealing with them and I was pretty let down by the whole thing.
Clothing subscription service
I've been using this clothing subscription service for almost ten years now, and I've always had good experiences. Sure, there have been a few times where my fixes weren't quite right, but for the most part, the quality of the items has been top-notch. I really like how easy it is to use the app, especially the option to extend my return window. Returning items is always a breeze, and the customer service team has been super helpful whenever I've needed them. I definitely plan on sticking with this service for the long haul.
Recent Disappointing Stitch Fix Box
When I first started getting my Stitch Fix box, I was always excited to see what new stuff they picked out for me. But lately, it's been kind of disappointing. They keep sending me stuff that I already said I didn't like and sent back before, like they didn't even read my feedback. Even though I've been super detailed with my feedback, updated my profile, and rated every item, the clothes they send me feel like they could be for anyone, not just me. It's like they're not even paying attention to what I like, because I've even gotten stuff that I specifically asked them not to send. It just feels really generic and not personal at all. Now, it's like I'm just getting a random box of clothes instead of stuff picked out for me. Overall, the service doesn't feel special or fun anymore.
Dissatisfied customer
I gotta say, as someone who uses Stitch Fix, I'm pretty disappointed with the stuff the stylists have been sending me. Even though I give them detailed feedback, chat and email with them, and update my profile all the time, I keep getting things I've made it clear I don't like. It's frustrating to pay a lot for a service that doesn't seem to care about giving me personalized choices. And finding out that some items are picked by a computer instead of a human stylist was the last straw for me. I feel like I'm putting in more effort to stay a customer than the company is to keep me, and it's really discouraging. After spending time and money on this, it might be time for me to find a different service that's more focused on me and pays closer attention to what I want.
Maternity clothes
When I first tried out Stitch Fix, I wasn't too sure about it. But once I started adding ideas to a Pinterest board and giving more feedback, things got a lot better. I realized that it was the perfect way for me to find cute and comfy maternity clothes. I've been using Stitch Fix for around five years now, and even though I don't get boxes as often anymore because my wardrobe is pretty well set, I still order them for my daughter here and there. My suggestion for anyone who's not having the best experience with Stitch Fix is to take the time to put together a Pinterest board, actively participate in the style quizzes by providing feedback, and always leave detailed notes for your stylist. Doing all that really made a difference for me, and now I'm a loyal customer.
Styling subscription purchase
I've tried out different styling subscriptions, and I gotta say, my experience with Stitch Fix was pretty much on par with the others. But, gotta be real, I was kinda let down by the clothes I got. Sure, some pieces were okay, but overall, they were more like what you'd get from Target or Macy's, not the higher-end stuff I was hoping for. It could work for folks just starting out with styling subscriptions or those who are all about saving some cash.
Personalized clothing selection
As someone who's been using this clothing styling service, I gotta say I'm super impressed with the personalized selection I've been getting. The stylists really know their stuff when it comes to fashion and they always manage to pick out items that fit me just right. It used to take me forever to find the perfect clothes at stores, but now it's so much easier and quicker. I can't wait to get my box of items in the mail, it feels like a special surprise every time. The customer service has been top-notch too, with reps always there to help me with any questions or issues. Plus, the returns and exchanges are super simple, which makes the whole experience hassle-free. Looking back, I wish I had tried this service sooner, it's totally changed the way I shop for clothes. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a stress-free and personalized shopping experience.
Personalized Styling Perfection
I just gotta say, Stitch Fix is amazing! I've been with them for years and they always come through. The stylists really pay attention to what I like and send me stuff that fits my style to a T. Whether it's a fancy event or just everyday wear, they always get it right. And the prices? Totally fair for the quality you're getting. I don't get how some people have negative things to say because my experience has been awesome. Their customer service is excellent and I can't wait to see what they send me next.
Styling fee issue
I had a really frustrating experience with the styling fee. Even after I canceled my next fix, they still charged me. I contacted customer service, and they said the fee couldn't be reversed once it was charged, even though the items hadn't been shipped yet. When the box finally arrived two weeks later, I tried to return the items online, but I found out my account had been deactivated. This lack of communication and transparency is just not okay.
Personalized stylist with easy returns
I've tried out a bunch of styling services, but none of them have come close to the quality and variety that I've found with this one. Having a stylist who actually listens to what I like and need has really made a huge difference. I love being able to use the app to personalize my style profile and check out my fixes before they even show up.
Unauthorized purchase
Stitch Fix tried to charge me for something I never even asked for. They took $20 from my card, but when I told them I never signed up for their stuff, they gave it back right away. But now, they won't stop emailing me every day, asking for me to send back things I didn't order. It's pretty clear they're up to no good. Be careful with these scammers.
Personalized clothing selections
As someone who's been using the personalized clothing selection service for a while now, I gotta say I'm really happy with how easy and convenient the whole thing is. Right from the start, it felt like the picks were just right for me. People have been noticing and giving me lots of compliments on the stuff I've bought through this service, and a bunch of them have become my go-to pieces in my closet.
