Online purchase experience
I bought some stuff online not too long ago, but I had to send some things back because they didn't fit right. The return process was a huge pain - I had to pay a restocking fee and wait forever just to get my money back. The customer service folks said it would be like 10 business days before they could even tell me if I was getting a refund. It was super frustrating and now I'm not too happy about the whole thing.

Cable purchase
I bought a cable from this company and it's been a total mess. The cable I got was broken, so I asked for a refund. But getting my money back has been a total nightmare. They made me create an account, which seemed pointless since I don't plan on buying from them again. Every time I call customer service, they tell me my refund is "processing," but it's been weeks and I still haven't gotten my money. I'm frustrated with all the lies and excuses. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Recent Disappointing Stitch Fix Box
When I first started getting my Stitch Fix box, I was always excited to see what new stuff they picked out for me. But lately, it's been kind of disappointing. They keep sending me stuff that I already said I didn't like and sent back before, like they didn't even read my feedback. Even though I've been super detailed with my feedback, updated my profile, and rated every item, the clothes they send me feel like they could be for anyone, not just me. It's like they're not even paying attention to what I like, because I've even gotten stuff that I specifically asked them not to send. It just feels really generic and not personal at all. Now, it's like I'm just getting a random box of clothes instead of stuff picked out for me. Overall, the service doesn't feel special or fun anymore.

Tax promotion honored
I just got an email from the company saying they'll cover the tax on purchases made in March. I had bought something at the beginning of the month, so I decided to contact customer service and ask if they could extend the promotion to my order. The person I talked to was really nice and handled everything professionally. They checked my order and applied the promotion right away, no problem. I was really impressed with how easy everything was and the great customer service I received.

Defective products
I bought some stuff from this company not too long ago and it turns out that two out of the four things I bought were messed up. I tried to send them back, but they said no and made me pay for return shipping. To make matters worse, they totally ignored all my emails asking about it.

The company refuses its own term such as "Lifetime Upgrade". If you buy a new computer, they won't allow you to reuse their software. But they will reply with the suggestion to buy another license.
There is no option to deactivate a previous installation on an old computer like other companies, such as Adobe, Red Giant allow to do.
