Shirt and pants
Man, I was so irritated with this online store I bought a shirt and pants from. It seriously took eternity for them to prepare my order. After bugging them a million times, this lady named Georgia finally got it sorted out. But seriously, they seriously need to improve their communication skills! What's the point of having an online store if you can't handle it properly? Not cool, man! I definitely won't be purchasing directly from them again, that's for sure.
Overpriced blazer
I bought this super expensive blazer from that store not too long ago, and man, was I let down. The quality was just not there, especially for the steep price. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was terrible. The folks working there were no help at all and didn't even seem to care about my issues. Plus, the sizing was way off, and trying to exchange it was a nightmare thanks to the rude staff. Total waste of my time and money, for sure.
Exchange issue
The customer service for returns is just terrible. I've been trying to contact them about exchanging an item, but it seems like nobody is even reading my emails. It's so annoying when you're a fan of the brand's clothes but can't get any assistance. I made sure they got my return package, so I don't understand what the problem is. I'm about ready to ask for a refund and be done with this whole thing.
A dress
I just wanted to share my recent experience at this store - it wasn't great. I bought a dress, didn't like it, so I sent it back with UPS for a refund. But guess what? I never got my money back. I've tried calling customer service multiple times, but no luck talking to a real person. It's frustrating and honestly feels like I got ripped off. This whole thing has been a total nightmare.
Exchange experience with Bella
I gotta say, I had a great experience dealing with Bella over in Customer Care. She got in touch with me real quick, both on the phone and through email, to take care of my exchange request. Not only did she make the whole exchange thing easy, but she even hooked me up with a free label to send the stuff back. My replacement clothes were on their way to me just 2 days after they got the originals back. Bella really went above and beyond with her customer service, and I really appreciate it.
Online purchase experience
I bought some stuff online not too long ago, but I had to send some things back because they didn't fit right. The return process was a huge pain - I had to pay a restocking fee and wait forever just to get my money back. The customer service folks said it would be like 10 business days before they could even tell me if I was getting a refund. It was super frustrating and now I'm not too happy about the whole thing.
Sale top order issue
I recently had a really frustrating experience with my online order from this store. Back in September, I bought a top that was on sale, but I ended up getting two of them delivered, and a whole week apart. This mix-up left me pretty confused. What's worse is that during the checkout process, they automatically charged one of my credit cards without even asking me, and it wasn't the card I wanted to use. Even though I didn't enter the security code, the order still went through, and that made me really worried about how secure their payment system is.
When I tried reaching out to customer service, I got nowhere fast. It took three whole weeks before I finally heard back from someone, and all they did was give me unhelpful info on how to return the extra top. But, since it was a final sale item, I couldn't actually return it. So, now I'm stuck with an extra top and out of some money, and feeling pretty unhappy with the whole experience. I've decided that I'm never going to shop at that store again, even though I was thinking about buying some full-priced items there in the future.Tight dress
I bought this really cute dress but it ended up being way too tight around my knees and I couldn't even walk right in it. When I tried to return it, they told me no exchanges, no credit, no refund! On top of that, their customer service was just awful. I had to sit on hold for 3.5 HOURS before I could even talk to someone, and when I finally did, they were super rude and didn't help at all. I'm never shopping here again!
Best dress ever
I was a little nervous about getting this dress because of all the negative reviews, but oh my gosh, it's absolutely fantastic. I'm from Australia, so returning stuff is a pain. But this dress is just perfect. The fabric, design, everything is top-notch. I feel like royalty when I put it on. I'm so excited to wear it for Christmas. Ignore the haters, this dress is the bomb.
Customer service communication
I had a problem with a purchase and had to reach out to customer service for help. But, man, it was so irritating because they never answered my emails or the phone. I called a bunch of times over a few days and got no response. The lack of communication made it super hard for me to sort out the problem quickly. It left me feeling pretty disappointed with the service I got.
Overpriced blouse
The blouse I bought from this store was really pretty, but it started falling apart at the seams after just a few times wearing it. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, they took forever to answer and then just told me to take it to a tailor - but no one could fix it because of some mistake in the design. It's frustrating that a place with such expensive stuff doesn't back up what they sell and provide real solutions for stuff that's messed up. I thought a fancy store like that would do better, but I won't be buying from there again.
Damaged item return experience
I recently bought something from this brand and sadly, it had a hole on the front. When I tried to return it online, I was surprised to see a $15 "handling fee" even though the problem was the item being damaged. To add to that, I couldn't exchange it because it was labeled as "unavailable" on their return site, even though it was in stock on their website. I sent two emails and called multiple times, but got no response from their customer service team. The return deadline is coming up soon, so if this doesn't get fixed quickly, I might have to contact my credit card company.
Customer service nightmare
There's like no customer service with this company. I've tried calling, emailing, leaving messages, but no one ever gets back to me. I've tried multiple times and nothing. It's really frustrating and honestly pretty disappointing. I used to be a loyal customer, but after this, I'm never shopping here again.
Final sale items
I recently bought two items that were marked as final sale. I've shopped with this company before and didn't have any issues, so I felt like it was a safe bet. But this time around, things didn't go so smoothly. One of the items, a skirt, had a zipper that was totally backwards. And the other item, a blouse, was way smaller than it should have been for the size I ordered. When I tried to talk to customer service about these problems, they basically just shrugged their shoulders and said tough luck because it was final sale. My bank suggested I take photos of the messed-up items, which I did, and I was eventually able to get my money back. It really seems like these final sale items are just low-quality stuff that they're trying to get rid of without checking it over first. It's a bummer to see a company not caring about customers who take a chance on their final sale items.
so many cool clothes
I recently got some really cool stuff, but some of the items needed fixing. The delivery was crazy fast, but I had to send back this jacket that was too small. I'm still waiting on my money back and nobody is responding to my emails. It's frustrating and I'm definitely not planning on buying from them again! - Jan Austin

Gift too small
I got this shirt and pants set as a Christmas gift, but they turned out to be too small for me. I wanted to swap them, but Veronica Beard said it was past the 21-day return period. It just doesn't seem right!
Defective zipper, no return allowed
I recently bought this dress, and man, the zipper is giving me so much trouble! I tried to return it, but they flat out said no. Like seriously? That's so unfair! The customer service folks just sent me some bland letter saying I couldn't return it, like obviously I already knew that! And they didn't even bat an eye when I mentioned the broken zipper. Ugh, I'm definitely never shopping here again!
Lost refund
I bought a couple of things back in October. I sent one back and got my refund right away. But, then I returned the other one and I still haven't seen my money! I've emailed them so many times, but they only replied once, saying they refunded the first item. I've been asking for my refund for the second item, but no one responds. I've tried calling over and over, but no one picks up. It's turning into a total nightmare! I discovered this brand just this year, but I won't be shopping with them again until they give me back my money!
Kasler Dress
The dress should have been beautiful! The material was great and so was the print, but unless you're close to 6 ft tall with no hips, it's a terrible fit. Too long (admittedly it said it was 50 inches on the site), too loose around the bust, and too snug around the hips for a size 6 even though I'd ordered a size up. The worst part was how the zipper curved out in the back. And the $15 return process fee was a surprise. On the upside, the order process and delivery was good... the lady on chat was responsive. I don't think I would buy there again as I don't think it's a good fit for women with my sizing.
