Kitchen light fixtures
I bought a couple of new light fixtures for my kitchen at this store not too long ago. But when the electrician came to put them in, they didn't work like they were supposed to. So, I called Customer Service to start the return process, and they were quick to give me a credit and told me I could donate or throw away the items. I was kind of bummed that the first ones didn't work out, but I did like how smoothly they handled the refund. The light fixtures we got instead were great though and really made the kitchen look nice.
7 new outdoor lights purchase
I bought 7 new outdoor lights for my freshly renovated house, and they look fantastic! I accidentally got one extra light, so I reached out to customer service on their website. They made the return process super easy, and also sent me a replacement piece of glass for one of the lights that arrived broken. The customer service team was really helpful and got everything sorted out quickly. I'll definitely be returning to them for any of my future lighting needs.
Replacement order due to lost package
Unfortunately, my package got lost during delivery, but it wasn't the company's fault. Luckily, Princess Reus from customer service really came through for me. She was super helpful and quick in dealing with the problem. She sorted everything out and got a replacement order sent to me right away, no problem at all. I couldn't have asked for a better solution.
Large light fixtures
I just bought four big light fixtures from this company and had a problem with one of the globes. But, Gerard in customer service was quick to help and fixed the issue pretty fast. I was really impressed with how they handled everything and it definitely convinced me to keep ordering from them. Their prices are fair, and their products and service are reliable.
Refund request
I recently had a frustrating time trying to get a refund for a replacement item that was on backorder. The website was a mess, couldn't find a way to reach customer service at all. Thankfully, I finally got a hold of Ana from customer service, she and her boss helped me out and got me my refund. They were really nice and even apologized for the hassle I went through. Despite this mess, I might still shop here again because they have a lot of good stuff at good prices. It would be a good idea for the company to work on their customer service accessibility though, make it easier for customers to contact them by email or phone.
Outdoor light purchase
I bought some outdoor lights from this store, and I was pleasantly surprised by the good quality and how quickly they arrived. It took a little longer to install because I had to replace the old lights, but I'm happy with how they turned out. And it's always a bonus when the neighbors approve!
Helpful customer service

Another issue was the price inconsistencies, as what was advertised did not match what I was actually charged. I tried to fix the situation, but the system seemed off and only offered a 10% refund for return shipping. The lack of clear communication and transparency was frustrating and made my overall experience negative.
Affordable lighting
I was a little skeptical about ordering from this company at first, but I figured why not give it a shot since their prices were way better than other stores. Plus, the offer of next day shipping or a bigger discount was pretty appealing. So, I placed my order and was pleasantly surprised when it showed up right on time the next day. Misleading stock availability
This company lied about having items in stock and promised they'd ship within 24 hours, but they never sent anything. I've been trying to check on my order for weeks with no luck, so now I'm trying to cancel it and get my money back.
Missing pieces in $1,500 chandelier
I bought a chandelier for my new place, shelling out $1,500, but turns out not all the parts were in the box. After I finally got it up, it was too late to return it. When I asked for help, they weren't helpful and wanted me to buy the missing pieces. Really bummed out by the whole thing. Save your cash and skip this product.
Ceiling fans
It seems like I'm not the only one who had a nightmare trying to order from this place. I was trying to get a discount on the fans, but the website was a disaster. My credit card got declined, and I couldn't reach anyone on the phone for help. When someone finally called me back, they could barely process my payment. The delivery process was chaotic too - conflicting messages about what was sent and what wasn't, nobody answering the phone for my questions. It felt like a complete circus trying to get everything sorted out before I left the country. And the return policy was a joke - it had already expired by the time I got back. So now I'm stuck with extra bronze poles I never even wanted in the first place. The only silver lining was that the products themselves were actually good quality.

I just bought a ceiling fan from this store and man, it was a bit of a hassle. The fan came pretty fast, so that was good, but when I unpacked it, I saw there was a damaged piece. Definitely not what I had in mind when I bought it. Luckily, when I called customer service to complain, I was pleasantly surprised. John really came through and fixed the problem in no time. Tax promotion honored
I just got an email from the company saying they'll cover the tax on purchases made in March. I had bought something at the beginning of the month, so I decided to contact customer service and ask if they could extend the promotion to my order. The person I talked to was really nice and handled everything professionally. They checked my order and applied the promotion right away, no problem. I was really impressed with how easy everything was and the great customer service I received.
