I've been using 1StopLighting for all of my home lighting needs for the past few years and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed with their service. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a wide range of products to choose from. I particularly appreciate their detailed product descriptions and high-quality images which have made it easier for me to make informed decisions.

I recently had a frustrating time trying to get a refund for a replacement item that was on backorder. The website was a mess, couldn't find a way to reach customer service at all. Thankfully, I finally got a hold of Ana from customer service, she and her boss helped me out and got me my refund. They were really nice and even apologized for the hassle I went through. Despite this mess, I might still shop here again because they have a lot of good stuff at good prices. It would be a good idea for the company to work on their customer service accessibility though, make it easier for customers to contact them by email or phone.

My experience with 1StopLighting was amazing, all thanks to their customer service rep, Jhonjon. He handled my issue with such professionalism and efficiency, making sure I felt important and well taken care of. Not only did he fix my problem quickly, but he also went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the result. I've never seen customer service this good before, and I'm really impressed by Jhonjon's care and dedication. I would definitely recommend 1StopLighting to anyone who wants a company that cares about its customers and provides outstanding service.
Affordable lighting
I was a little skeptical about ordering from this company at first, but I figured why not give it a shot since their prices were way better than other stores. Plus, the offer of next day shipping or a bigger discount was pretty appealing. So, I placed my order and was pleasantly surprised when it showed up right on time the next day. The product was exactly what I wanted and it arrived in perfect shape. I'm really happy with my whole experience with this company and I'll for sure be coming back in the future.
Outdoor light purchase
I bought some outdoor lights from this store, and I was pleasantly surprised by the good quality and how quickly they arrived. It took a little longer to install because I had to replace the old lights, but I'm happy with how they turned out. And it's always a bonus when the neighbors approve!
Help with order error

Tax promotion honored
I just got an email from the company saying they'll cover the tax on purchases made in March. I had bought something at the beginning of the month, so I decided to contact customer service and ask if they could extend the promotion to my order. The person I talked to was really nice and handled everything professionally. They checked my order and applied the promotion right away, no problem. I was really impressed with how easy everything was and the great customer service I received.
Bathroom lighting purchase
My time at 1StopLighting was awesome. The customer service I got from the person helping me pick out bathroom lights was top-notch. They really went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I totally suggest this company to anyone looking for home lighting.
