My experience with this store was really disappointing. I bought a leather jacket online as a Christmas gift for someone special, but it turned out to be out of stock even though the website said otherwise. They ended up canceling my order without telling me beforehand. When I reached out to customer service to ask what was going on, they offered me faster shipping as an apology for their mistake. But even though I chose the 3-day option, they didn't actually ship the item until 2 days later. It was frustrating because I was counting on it arriving by Friday, but now it won't make it in time.

I can't believe what happened when I booked my hotel stay through this website. I ended up getting scammed by companies like Alpharooms and Love Holidays, who took my money for bookings at closed hotels. I was left stranded and had to sleep on the beach because of their irresponsibility. And to top it off, getting a refund was like pulling teeth. Trivago, please stop allowing these shady companies on your site!

Jeans purchase
I picked up a pair of jeans, but they totally shrunk after one wash and Vans is saying it's not their problem. Can you believe that? I did everything I was supposed to and they still shrunk! When I mentioned reporting them, they were just like "whatever". So rude, right? I warned them that they were gonna lose a customer, but they couldn't care less. It's just not cool. I'm definitely not shopping there again. They act all nice and casual, but they don't really care about their customers.

Hey, so I got this app from this one place where you can get data for your phone, you know? It's working fine and all, but the amount of data it says I'm using just doesn't seem accurate. I have a different provider and I can use a lot more data with them than with this app. I don't get how they're calculating the data usage on the app, but it's definitely not matching up with what I'm actually using. It's like my data is vanishing way too quickly. Pretty frustrating, dude.

I recently worked with a super helpful insider at this place in Las Vegas named Jessica Roesner. Jessica was really nice, and she knew so much about all the shows in Vegas. She not only got me a way better deal per night than the regular rate at a fancy hotel, but she also hooked me up with a nicer room. Her service was so good that I decided to hit her up again, and she really came through by booking us tickets to three different shows with great seats. I'm super happy with how everything went and I just want to give a big thanks to Jessica for being so awesome.

I just got a designer dress from this company and I have to say, I was really disappointed. The fabric quality was not great and didn't live up to the fancy image I saw online. Also, the sizing was way off, making the dress impossible to wear. When I tried to contact customer service about returning or exchanging it, they were not helpful at all. It was obvious that this company cares more about making money than making customers happy, which is not okay in the fashion world. I recommend that people avoid this brand and spend their money at better stores.

I'm following a carnivore diet, so I really need a good amount of meat. The beef primals from this place are amazing! I like to switch between strip loin and ribeye, and I have to say, they are really fantastic. Much better than anything I can get at the store. And the best part is, you can customize the thickness of your steak. The ribeyes are really well-marbled and the fat is white, not yellow like you often see with grass-fed meat. But don't worry, it's still really high-quality stuff.

I recently used this company's app and it was a disaster. They started making unauthorized charges to my account after I provided my info. I tried to close my account multiple times but couldn't. Their customer service team didn't respond and kept charging my credit card without permission, claiming there was a billing agreement when there wasn't. It's a nightmare trying to stop them from charging me $79 for nothing. The app is useless and clicking on anything results in more charges. Even after I got an email confirming my account was closed, they still charged me twice. This company is a scam, avoid them at all costs.
