I gotta admit, my experience with this wine buying platform has been top-notch. It really is the best way to buy wine, other than going to vineyards in person around the world. Their business model is fresh and focused on customers, offering top-notch wines at amazing prices. The only small drawback for me is the absence of a top-notch alcohol-free Italian red in their lineup. But all in all, I'm super impressed with Naked and grateful for their service.

Portable power station
I recently bought a portable power station and was happy with the product itself - it arrived on time and was good quality. However, my first order experience wasn't great, so I gave it 3 stars. When I tried to order another product, it was a letdown. The website said it would come from the UK or France in 7-8 days, but it ended up being shipped from China, taking a whole month to arrive. I tried contacting customer support but got nowhere. Having to deal with Chinese support instead of EU-based support was frustrating. I threatened to involve PayPal if they didn't speed up the delivery, which led to me asking for a refund. All in all, EcoFlow's customer support left a lot to be desired.

Jeans purchase
I picked up a pair of jeans, but they totally shrunk after one wash and Vans is saying it's not their problem. Can you believe that? I did everything I was supposed to and they still shrunk! When I mentioned reporting them, they were just like "whatever". So rude, right? I warned them that they were gonna lose a customer, but they couldn't care less. It's just not cool. I'm definitely not shopping there again. They act all nice and casual, but they don't really care about their customers.

Cat tower purchase
I recently bought this awesome cat tower that's 79 inches tall and my ginger kitty can't get enough of it. However, my larger cat is struggling to reach the top because it's quite a climb for the little one. I believe they should include something to assist bigger cats in reaching the top. Despite this issue, I'm really pleased with the tower and would recommend it to my friends. Thanks!

I recently worked with a super helpful insider at this place in Las Vegas named Jessica Roesner. Jessica was really nice, and she knew so much about all the shows in Vegas. She not only got me a way better deal per night than the regular rate at a fancy hotel, but she also hooked me up with a nicer room. Her service was so good that I decided to hit her up again, and she really came through by booking us tickets to three different shows with great seats.
