Birthday dress purchase
Hey everyone, I just wanted to tell you about this dress I got for my best friend's birthday - it was a complete disaster. The quality was really bad, and then when I tried to return it, they said my order number was wrong! I emailed customer service, but they still haven't replied. I'm getting really frustrated because I'm running out of time to return it. I would definitely recommend avoiding this company - it seems like a total scam!
Two dresses
I bought two dresses from this online store not too long ago, and I had a big problem when I tried to send them back. Even though I did everything the website said to do for returns, I couldn't get my money back on my credit card. The fact that customer service was slow to reply just made me even more irritated.
My super cute clothes
Oh my gosh, I found the absolute cutest clothes at this store! The customer service was incredible, Haley was so sweet and really helped me find the perfect outfit. I'm thrilled with my purchase and excited to flaunt my new clothes to all my friends!
Perfect dress, efficient service
I was really impressed by the customer service at this boutique, specifically by Michelle who took care of my order problem right away and made it so easy. I am seriously blown away and will definitely be coming back as a regular customer. The dress I got was amazing quality and came super fast, in just one day. I can't speak highly enough of this boutique for their great service and how well they handle orders.
Prom dress missing
I ordered my prom dress a while ago and it still hasn't shown up, seriously what's the deal? They told me it would take 5-10 days, but it's been way longer than that. My prom is creeping up and I really need that dress! I even sent them an email, but they haven't responded at all, not cool. People keep telling me this store is awesome, but right now I'm not seeing it.
Poor return policy
I had a frustrating experience with the return policy at that store. They said they had "Free Returns," but when I returned an item, they only gave me store credit instead of putting the money back on my card. When I asked customer service to refund it to my card, they hit me with a processing fee and a shipping fee, so I actually lost money on the return. This policy seems like it's better for the store than the customer, and it left me feeling annoyed and like I was tricked.
Dress purchase
I bought a dress from an online store not too long ago, and man, it was a total letdown. The shipping took forever, and when I finally got the package, the dress was completely different from what I saw online. The material was super flimsy and felt cheap, and the size was all off. The straps were crazy long, even though I followed their sizing chart.
My awesome clothes!
Oh my gosh, I have to share with you all about this awesome clothing store I found! I can't even explain how much I adore everything I bought. I initially ordered some items just to test out the quality, but now I've already made three orders! I even picked up some adorable clothes for my daughter and she's just as thrilled. Blazer purchase
I got this really cool white blazer from an awesome online store about 5 days ago and it got here really quickly. They were in touch the whole time and the delivery service they use is so good. Jeans, Return, Customer Service Issue
I recently bought some jeans from your online shop and they looked good quality at first. But when I tried them on, they didn't fit right. I sent them back within 5 days for a refund so I could try something else. I ran into some problems with your customer service, though. The refund option wasn't there for me, and when I asked about my return, they said they hadn't gotten it. I checked the tracking and saw that the jeans had arrived. When I tried to talk to customer service, I found out I couldn't access the chat.
Night out dress
I got my dress for a night out and I am really happy with how it looks and fits! The material is great and the design is beautiful. I love it and can't wait to wear it out. Ordering was fast and simple, and the customer service was excellent. I had a small problem with my order, but the person I talked to was super helpful and fixed it right away. Neon Pink Mini Dress
Honestly, I wish I had checked out the reviews before buying that Neon Pink Mini Dress. When it finally arrived, I was pretty disappointed with how it looked and fit. I had to send it back for a refund, but they only gave me store credit instead of putting the money back on my card like they said they would. The whole return process was confusing and I felt like I was tricked. I'm definitely not going to shop there again, I'll just stick with Hello Molly from here on out.
One item with expedited shipping
I messed up by choosing expedited shipping, thinking it would get here quickly. But now, three weeks later, my stuff is still on the way and I can't even get it because things have changed for me. Customer service isn't helping at all and won't cancel my order, which is just making me even more annoyed. Just a heads up - my advice is to steer clear of this company to save yourself the hassle and cash.

Dang, I gotta give major props to Beginning Boutique for their top-notch customer service. I recently bought some clothes from them and I was seriously impressed by how simple it was to return and swap out stuff that didn't fit right. I usually have trouble with online shopping and deciding what looks good on me, but this whole experience was a game-changer. I loved that I could get a full refund if I didn't like something, instead of just store credit. The return and exchange process was easy peasy, no stress at all. It's rare to come across a brand that really puts the customer's happiness and satisfaction first like they do.

Purchased Faulty Top
I contacted Beginning Boutique about a top that was unworn and had the tags still attached, though one of the birch eyelets was faulty, thus the top was unwearable due to the backing being loop through string, which would have ripped through the faulty hole, making it unwearable. After back and forth emails with the company for over a month, I received hostile and cold replies, stating that I should have known the item was faulty earlier, and that I was not being truthful about the top not being worn. To top it off, Beginning Boutique flat out refused to provide a refund for the faulty item. After escalating the matter to Consumer Affairs who advised of the breaches of section 54 and 55 of the Australian Consumer Law Competition and Consumer Act of 2010, Beginning Boutique have "ghosted" me and will not reply. I have never had such a negative experience with a brand, and warn other fellow consumers that Beginning Boutique does not abide by or respect consumer laws.
