Personalized checks
Man, I can't believe the situation I'm dealing with right now. I've been a loyal customer of this company for so long, but this recent order really messed things up. I ordered some personalized checks back on December 30th, and they said I'd get them by January 21st because of COVID delays. But, man, did they drop the ball on this one. I didn't hear anything after I placed the order. Feeling worried about my checks getting lost or stolen, I reached out via email on February 28th. They finally got back to me, only to say that they were out of stock on the checks I picked. They offered me some other options, which I agreed to right away. But when I asked for faster shipping because of the huge delay, they weren't even sorry about it - instead, they straight up said no. They told me my only choices were regular shipping or canceling my order. And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, the rep ended the call on me and blocked my number. And now, they won't even pick up when I call them. It's like the cherry on top of this whole bad experience. Watch out, people - this is definitely a company to stay away from.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to these awesome SuperGoop products I recently tried. The GlowScreen and GlowStick are now my top picks. The GlowScreen gives my skin a nice SPF glow and protects me from the sun. And the GlowStick is so handy, goes on smooth, and doesn't feel sticky or smell too strong. I'm super amazed by how well these products work and I can't wait to check out more stuff from SuperGoop.

International order
I just ordered something from this company overseas and man, it was a letdown. The website said they might cancel my order if it took too long, but it did take too long and I couldn't even get ahold of customer service to help me out. Not being able to communicate was super annoying, especially since my package had a long way to go. I know good customer service when I see it, and this definitely didn't meet my standards.

I really liked the online parenting class I got from Tinyhood. It was super helpful and easy to follow.
