My order of personalized checks
I recently ordered these awesome personalized checks with my favorite animals on them. Right after I placed the order, I saw a review online claiming that the website was involved in fraud, so I got a little nervous. However, my checks were delivered and they turned out great! I guess it was just a mix-up or something because I didn't encounter any problems. I'm really pleased with how they turned out.

Man, I can't believe the situation I'm dealing with right now. I've been a loyal customer of this company for so long, but this recent order really messed things up. I ordered some personalized checks back on December 30th, and they said I'd get them by January 21st because of COVID delays. But, man, did they drop the ball on this one. I didn't hear anything after I placed the order. Feeling worried about my checks getting lost or stolen, I reached out via email on February 28th. They finally got back to me, only to say that they were out of stock on the checks I picked. They offered me some other options, which I agreed to right away. But when I asked for faster shipping because of the huge delay, they weren't even sorry about it - instead, they straight up said no. They told me my only choices were regular shipping or canceling my order. And just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, the rep ended the call on me and blocked my number. And now, they won't even pick up when I call them. It's like the cherry on top of this whole bad experience. Watch out, people - this is definitely a company to stay away from.
Recent check order issue
I recently ordered checks from an online company and, unfortunately, ran into a major issue with my order. When I got my checks, I noticed that my account number was messed up, which resulted in some checks not going through properly. I tried reaching out to the company multiple times by phone and email, but all I got were annoying automated messages and no help from customer service. It seems like I'm not the only one having problems with this company because other customers have been facing issues too this year. This company used to have a good reputation for great customer service and good prices, but something seems to have changed lately. I really hope they can figure out their problems and get back to offering the awesome service they used to be known for.
Personal Check Purchase
I bought some personal checks from this company not too long ago, and honestly, I was pretty bummed out by the quality. Every time I tore one off, there was this annoying white line across the top. And to top it off, the company's website was plastered on the checks. It just felt tacky and unprofessional. They should have been upfront about that before I bought them, ya know?
Incorrectly printed checks
I had to get new checks because they messed up my address. Plus, the ones I picked out with the "classic bicycles" design were too dark, so it was a struggle to read everything on them. I'm looking forward to using these up so I can get some that are easier to read and use.
Address labels purchase
I just got some new address labels and I have to say, I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The order came pretty quickly and the labels are even better than I expected. The beach scene on them is a nice little touch for my envelopes. I'm really satisfied with my purchase and I'll be coming back to this company again for sure.
Top tear check reorder
I recently got more top tear checks from this company because I liked my last order. But this time, I was really let down by what I got. The border on the checks is a lot smaller now, which makes a white streak at the top because there's extra white space below the perforation. And they moved their logo from the border to the body of the checks, which just seems weird to me. When I contacted customer service to talk about my issues, they said I could return the checks and get a refund, but I'd have to pay for shipping myself. So now I'm feeling annoyed and out $27.20 with no good solution. I'm just not happy with how they changed the design and how they handled the customer service.
Eng. Cream Goldens checks, return labels, and checkbook cover
I raise English Cream Golden Retrievers, so you can imagine how excited I was when I found these cute checks with the puppies on them. I ordered the checks, return labels, and checkbook cover right away to show my love for these beautiful dogs. But when I got the checks, I noticed they were a little too snug in the book. I contacted customer service, and I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive and understanding they were. They promised to make more checks and test them before sending them. Their quick response and commitment to making sure their customers are happy really impressed me. Now I'm thrilled with my checks featuring those adorable puppies.

Unwanted order, poor customer service
I ordered something I didn't want, and when I tried to reach out to them, they never picked up the phone. I wanted to return it, but they never sent me a label or bothered to answer my messages. I had no choice but to shred the checks because I couldn't get any assistance. That was my first and final time ordering from them. I've shopped from other places in the past, and this was without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had. It frustrated me so much that they're essentially ripping people off by ignoring them. Watch out for this company, steer clear of buying from them again!

I was pretty happy with the service I got from the company. It was quick, not too hard to deal with, and the prices were fair. I've used them before and decided to come back because their prices are so good.
Overnight delivery order
I'm really upset about the service I've received after placing an order for overnight delivery. I checked the company's website to see if my order was processed, but it wasn't showing up in their system. I emailed them right away to ask about the status, but I never got a response. It's been two weeks and I still haven't received my order. This lack of communication and customer service is so unprofessional and frustrating.
