Mixed up recipient names
I had a really frustrating experience with this flower service recently. I kept giving them the right name and address for the recipient, but the flowers just kept going to the wrong person and place every time. I even made sure to tell them the bouquets were meant as gifts, but they still couldn't get it right. The flowers were pretty, but all the delivery mix-ups really ruined the whole thing for me. I wouldn't suggest using this company because their delivery process is so unreliable.

Valentine's Day outfit
The outfit I ordered for Valentine's Day came a little late for the event, but I still managed to wear it on time. The quality was really good and I even got some compliments on it. The size was perfect and it looked just like the picture online. All in all, I was happy with my purchase.

I had the worst experience with this company's customer service! They didn't even bother responding to my emails when I reached out for help, even though they gave me the wrong instructions to resize an item. I highly recommend avoiding them and taking your business elsewhere.

Dining table and chairs set

Lightweight winter jacket

Ornamental grass purchase
I bought some ornamental grass from PlantingTree not too long ago, but ran into an issue with the plants. I contacted Customer Service and was told that they would replace the plants if they didn't grow by a specific time. However, when I checked in on that promise, another representative told me I had to buy insurance to cover any losses. Even though I had proof in writing of the original offer, they didn't stick to it. I was really let down by how their customer service lacked consistency and accountability.

Top tear check reorder
I recently got more top tear checks from this company because I liked my last order. But this time, I was really let down by what I got. The border on the checks is a lot smaller now, which makes a white streak at the top because there's extra white space below the perforation. And they moved their logo from the border to the body of the checks, which just seems weird to me. When I contacted customer service to talk about my issues, they said I could return the checks and get a refund, but I'd have to pay for shipping myself. So now I'm feeling annoyed and out $27.20 with no good solution. I'm just not happy with how they changed the design and how they handled the customer service.

Invest limited options
I really like the PIE system and having all my spending in one place. But, it can be annoying that there aren't many investment options based on volume. Not being able to invest in mutual funds is a bummer, and only having two times to trade is a pain. Sometimes a stock drops in price during the day and I want to buy it, but by the time I can trade, it's bounced back up. So frustrating to miss out on making money like that.

Ride 10'6 and Sport 12'6 SUPs
OMG, I'm like totally obsessed with my SUPs! I got the Ride 10'6 and the customer service was like amazing when I asked questions. It's been a year now and it still looks brand new. I love it so much that I just had to get the Sport 12'6 too. Seriously, best decision ever!

Event printing order
The delivery dates I was given when I ordered didn't match up with the dates I saw at checkout. It was confusing because I picked standard shipping thinking it would get here in time for my event. It felt like they tricked me, which was really disappointing. Also, the review form on the website was a pain to use. It didn't fill in my order number automatically, so I had to dig through my email to find it. And the date entry field on the form was really annoying, making the whole ordering experience not very easy.

Flying letters game for learning lowercase and uppercase letters
The flying letters game is awesome for helping your kiddo learn their ABCs, but my 2 1/2 year old girl had a tough time getting those letters to the right towers on her reading path. The idea is solid, but it might be a little too tricky for little ones. It would be better if the game had an easier touch and drag feature to place the letters in the right spots.
