    Mixed up recipient names

    I had a really frustrating experience with this flower service recently. I kept giving them the right name and address for the recipient, but the flowers just kept going to the wrong person and place every time. I even made sure to tell them the bouquets were meant as gifts, but they still couldn't get it right. The flowers were pretty, but all the delivery mix-ups really ruined the whole thing for me. I wouldn't suggest using this company because their delivery process is so unreliable.

    Spring flower arrangement

    The Spring flower arrangement I got was pretty disappointing. I opened the box and saw that lots of the flowers were broken off their stems. The ones that weren't broken didn't look that great, kind of like something you'd see at a regular grocery store instead of a fancy service. Also, the green and purple colors together made it look more like Halloween than Spring. I love nice flower arrangements, so it was a letdown to see this one wasn't up to par.

    I bought a bouquet of fresh flowers not too long ago and they stayed nice for about 7-10 days. They were pretty and fresh, but I was kinda bummed that there wasn't a lot of variety. I usually like to get some fancier or unique flowers when I order from a florist. But I gotta say, the way they were arranged was really well done and the delivery went smoothly. It was a decent experience overall, just not exactly what I had in mind.

    Subscription flower delivery

    I just tried out this flower delivery subscription service and it was a huge letdown. They canceled my order out of nowhere and didn't even bother letting me know. On top of that, they still charged me! When I tried to get some help from customer service, they were no help at all and didn't even fix the issue. I'm definitely going to find another place to get my flowers from now on.

    I've been getting fresh flowers delivered from this company and it's been fantastic. They've arrived on time, fresh as can be, and with so many blooms that have lasted for weeks.     I just bought some flowers from this company and I'm pretty happy with how it all went down. Ordering them was easy peasy, I just followed the instructions and everything worked out fine. The flowers showed up on Thursday like they were supposed to, but by Saturday they started looking a little sad. I reached out to customer service and they were super quick to help out.     Gifted 3-month flower subscription

    So, I decided to get my wife a 3-month flower subscription for Christmas, and the first bouquet arrived right on time in January. It was nice, nothing too crazy. But now, we're in mid-February, and I haven't heard a word from the company. All I keep getting are these annoying emails about their other deals. I finally contacted them, and they told me they were sold out due to Valentine's Day. I mean, come on, I already paid in December, so what gives? They keep telling me everything is fine, but my account still says "unscheduled". Ugh, it's so frustrating!

    I'm really upset with my experience at Enjoy Flowers. I ordered flowers and was looking forward to getting them, but they're delayed and I wasn't even told. I contacted customer service and was promised an email update, but never got one. The lack of communication is not okay, and now I'm just really disappointed. I just hope that when the flowers do come, they'll be worth all this trouble.

    Mother's 6-month flower subscription

    I recently bought a 6-month flower subscription for my mom from this company, and I have to say I was really let down by the flowers. The second and third deliveries had mostly greenery and very few actual flowers, and to top it off, the third delivery wilted in less than a week. I reached out to customer service, and they said they would send a bouquet for Mother's Day to make up for it, but it never came. It's just not right to have this kind of negligence and bad quality, especially for important days like Mother's Day. It's disappointing that a company like this is backed by platforms like Amazon, because it reflects poorly on the whole customer experience.

    I've been a loyal customer of this flower subscription service since 2019, they used to send me two lovely bouquets every two weeks. But recently, they changed things up and now I only get one bouquet each month for a higher price. I've realized I can actually get nicer flowers for less from different companies. It's disappointing to see this company changing their business model like this, it might not end well for them.

    I just ordered my wedding flowers, and I'm really bummed out by how little the company is keeping me in the loop.     Recent flower bouquet purchase

    The flower bouquet I recently bought was really pretty, but they ended up wilting after only a week. Seems like the company has been struggling with the weather lately, as the last few deliveries came during some super cold spells on the east coast. That probably messed with the flowers' quality and how long they lasted. Plus, it looks like they didn't give the flowers enough water for the trip, which was a bummer. On the bright side, customer service was awesome and took care of the problems I had with my order right away. Most of the bouquets I got were actually really nice, so I might keep using this service if they offer some good deals.
