    Initial personalized necklace

    I just bought this necklace from them, customized with my initial, and totally loved it! But then I lost the initial disc and felt so bummed out. I decided to contact the company and was so pleasantly surprised by their amazing customer service. Katie, especially, was super nice and helped me get a replacement disc. I'm so happy to have my necklace back and am really grateful to the team for all their help.

    Purchased a smartwatch

    If you're cool with waiting forever and dealing with sketchy customer service, then Touch of Modern is the spot. I've bought stuff from them several times and sometimes my order never even arrives, or it shows up way later than they promised. Like who has the patience for waiting 6 to 8 weeks for something? Not me. Customer service can be a toss-up, so I'd rather spend a little more money on things that show up when they're supposed to.

    Wrong size, poor quality, slow delivery

    My experience with this company was a total nightmare. Just like a lot of other folks, I got the wrong size item that was super low quality and it took forever to get delivered. I tried to return it like they said, but I still haven't gotten my money back. The customer service was a joke and the unsubscribe button in their emails doesn't even do anything. This company needs to be called out for their shady ways, and I definitely suggest steering clear of them when it comes to shopping.

    Easy ordering process

    The process to order was easy and smooth, but I'll be honest, I was actually planning to go with a different company at first. I ended up on this site because of some paid search results, so I decided to go for it. The delivery was fine, although I was a bit taken aback that it was through FedEx. The strawberries were really tasty and the way they were packaged was pretty impressive.

    Products not worth the headache

    I used to really like the stuff I bought from them, but man, after dealing with their terrible customer service, I don't plan on buying anything from them again. So, I had moved to a new state and canceled all my subscriptions, but somehow one was still active. When I tried to cancel it, they said it was too late because it was already on its way. I tried calling and emailing their customer service a bunch of times, but they just kept telling me to accept the package and send it back, which I couldn't do. After a ton of back and forth, I finally got a hold of UPS and had them send the package back. The customer service folks were so unhelpful and didn't seem to care at all - not cool.

    Specialty food items

    I recently ordered some specialty food items and I have to say, I was pretty bummed out by the lack of communication on when my order would arrive. Even though I never got any notification that my items were on their way, I decided to contact customer service to get an update. But man, was I met with some seriously rude behavior from a representative who actually yelled at me for not knowing their shipping policy! I was completely taken aback by how unprofessional and disrespectful they were. I mean, come on, as someone who's paying for a service, I expect at least some level of respect and good customer service. It's just sad to see a company that used to be all about quality and local roots let their standards slip like this.

    Framed photo prints

    I just bought some framed photo prints from this company and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster. The frames and prints were just awful. Everything about my order seemed off. My advice? Stay far away from this company and support your local frame shop instead. These folks clearly have no clue what they're doing.
