    Excellent products

    Yes I can keep their contract details in my mobile phone everyday use.This is all about taste friendly items.In October I am collecting gift items from different stores all over the world wherever find best and affordable.
    Some crockery items , souse ,jams vinegar and snacks just for home use delivered three days back.Quite good , everything is with highest value in terms of quality.
    I have seen a gift pack here ,though didn't booked as this will be very early but fit for gift on Christmas.One gift pack of quality snacks ,jams,etc ..More then 12 items are provided in this basket and think all are of usable at any home.So this is my next booking ,not one may be dozens of baskets.

    Large quantity of single-serve pancake mixes

    I bought a bunch of those single-serve pancake mixes for a work thing we did online. We sent them out to everyone so they could make them at home whenever they felt like it. I gotta say, I was really happy with how good the mixes were and how great the service was. The shipping was quick and everything came in good shape. Everyone at the event loved the pancake mixes and said they were delicious and easy to make.

    Jams, Simmer sauces, baking mixes

    We love all of the Stonewall Kitchen products we have tried so far (too many to list individually). I love to cook and their products make it easy.They are pricey but well worth it. I read the review above and am surprised that no date was on the bottle. Every product we have ordered from them in the past 4 years has been dated. But I have not tried the carrots.

    positive review----- I ordered several jars of this item as I planned to keep one and give the other (2) away--(naturally, before I tasted it). It was very good (but I think a bit overpriced, because of the small jar that I received (I ordered 3). I am undecided if I will order this again, because of the small amount that I received per jar.

    Pancake mix and blueberry jam

    This place has seriously the worst customer service ever! I was trying to get some pancake mix and blueberry jam online, but their website was a disaster. I clicked purchase, but didn't even get a confirmation. And when my order finally showed up, they missed half of what I bought! They claimed they'd refund me, but never sent any info on it. When I called to check, all they said was to look at my credit card statement. I mean, really, how much worse can it get?

    Vermont coffee

    I can't believe the company I used to love went and bought Vermont Coffee, and now they won't even take in the bag tags I collected for years! How rude, right? I had no idea they were so focused on corporate greed. I mean, do they really need all that money that bad that they're willing to lose customers over it? I'm definitely not supporting them again, like, ever.

    Apple sauce purchase

    I bought some apple sauce from this company not too long ago, but I was pretty disappointed with it. It was way too soupy for my liking, so I started looking for something else to eat instead. Plus, I found out in January that there was a recall on the product, so I followed all the steps to get a refund. They told me I'd get my money back by the end of January, but I ended up waiting until April to finally get it. The whole thing was a hassle and it took way longer than it should have, especially since it was their mistake in the first place.

    Syrup and Jelly

    I got a bottle of syrup and a jar of jelly from this company. The jelly showed up in good shape, all nicely packed and sealed. But the syrup came leaking, with a cap that didn't fit right. I tried to contact the company a bunch of times to fix it, but no luck. The automated system said they'd call me back in 24 hours, but that never happened. It's been almost a week now and my issue is still not fixed. I just wanted a new bottle of syrup, but it seems like that's too much to ask for. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company because you might get stuck dealing with the same customer service problems I'm facing. It's frustrating to feel like they're ignoring my concerns, especially when all I needed was an easy fix to a packaging issue.

    Specialty food items

    I recently ordered some specialty food items and I have to say, I was pretty bummed out by the lack of communication on when my order would arrive. Even though I never got any notification that my items were on their way, I decided to contact customer service to get an update. But man, was I met with some seriously rude behavior from a representative who actually yelled at me for not knowing their shipping policy! I was completely taken aback by how unprofessional and disrespectful they were. I mean, come on, as someone who's paying for a service, I expect at least some level of respect and good customer service. It's just sad to see a company that used to be all about quality and local roots let their standards slip like this.

    Overpriced coffee

    I can't believe how bold this company is! They went and bought out our favorite coffee brand and then took away all the perks for us loyal customers. And on top of that, they're charging even more on their website than what we pay at the local grocery stores. If they keep this up, I'm definitely taking my business somewhere else. Corporate greed has got to go!

    Salsa set

    I bought these three salsa jars, thinking I was gonna have a cool mix of flavors to try. But when I tasted them, all I got was a strong sour flavor that totally drowned out everything else. Even the ones that were supposed to be sweet like mango and corn were so sour that I couldn't eat them. It was disappointing, especially since the packaging looked so nice and I paid good money for them.

    I tried to contact customer service to let them know how I felt, but they never got back to me. It sucked to feel like they didn't care about my opinion when customers like me are what keep them in business. Eventually, after I left a negative review, they reached out and offered to fix things. It's nice that they tried to make it right, but the fact remains that the salsa I got was just bad quality. I'd tell others to think twice before buying from them.

We will not be ordering from them again. In our opinion the only thing they care about is making money. There are too many responsible companies out there to do business with one that does not give a hoot for the customer.
