Fresh kicks
Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience with you. I recently bought some new shoes from this store and unfortunately, they arrived damaged. I provided images showing the issues, but they wouldn't accept a return because of their final sale policy. Pretty frustrating, right? This definitely isn't the best customer service. Just a heads up, you might want to think twice before shopping here.

I recently bought Bravecto for my pet from this site after reaching out to their customer service with some questions about the product. Normally, you need a vet's prescription to get this stuff in the US, so I was a bit nervous about ordering it online. But the customer service team got back to me quickly and explained that they get the product from places where you don't need a prescription. I placed my order on June 8th and got the Bravecto on June 15th. Paying the $6.99 for tracking was worth it because I got updates on where my package was every step of the way. Not only did I get my order quickly, but I also saved 50% compared to buying it from my vet. I'm really happy with the service I got from this company and would definitely recommend it to other pet owners.

I can't believe the company I used to love went and bought Vermont Coffee, and now they won't even take in the bag tags I collected for years! How rude, right? The dress I bought from MissFox Fashion was way off in size. I usually get a medium, so I ordered that, but it fit more like a small. Plus, exchanging it for the right size cost almost as much as the dress itself. It was annoying not knowing that the items come from China, which caused delays and extra expenses. All in all, it was a total letdown and waste of money.

Samples
I just got the samples in those cute spray bottles, they were all nicely wrapped up and labeled too. Gotta be honest though, for the price I paid for these products, they don't seem to stick around for long. I usually stick to a different brand that's way cheaper and stays longer on my skin. I only gave this one a shot because everyone’s been raving about it. Even though the bottles look pretty, I don't think it's worth the money when it comes to how long they last.

Earrings for my Grandaughter
I bought some earrings for my granddaughter, but they turned out to be too big for her. I tried to cancel the order within 2 hours, but they said it was already too late. They kept pushing me to exchange the earrings for something else, even though I just wanted to cancel. The earrings arrived, but I still wanted to return them. When I reached out for an RMA number, I didn't hear back. Overall, my experience with this company was awful and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

Flashlights
I just bought a few flashlights from this store, thinking they were gonna be really good quality and last a long time. But, after using one of them carefully and not too often for just about a year, it started acting up - flickering and just not working right. So, I decided to contact customer service, hoping they could help me out, but I was super disappointed. The warranty had just expired and all they offered me was a coupon for a new flashlight or the option to send it to China for a costly repair. It's really frustrating that they didn't take responsibility for a product that clearly had issues with how it was made. I'm definitely gonna start looking somewhere else next time I need a flashlight.

This bottle is amazing, I’m telling you! When I first saw it, I was like, why hasn't someone thought of this sooner? It's perfect for anyone who's into saving the environment and is a coffee addict (just like me). I can grab all the hot drinks I desire without having to use those disposable paper cups. The bottle is so practical with the insulated cup inside, and don't even get me started on all the cool colors you can choose from! This is seriously the best thing ever.
