Forgot birthday, needed flowers ASAP
It's already 1:00 pm and the flowers still haven't shown up! I paid extra to make sure they'd be here on time.
Flower arrangement delivery
I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money with this company. The products they display online are definitely not what you actually get. It's like expecting a cheeseburger and ending up with a salad. No matter how big your budget is, they'll somehow manage to let you down. Save yourself the hassle and find another place for your floral arrangements. It's really disappointing when you pay a high price but don't get the quality you deserve.
Mother's Day gift - Plants
I ordered this really nice plant basket for my mom's special day, but what she ended up receiving was a bunch of ugly flowers in her least favorite color, purple! She was so unhappy and thought it was a joke. When I reached out to the company, all they did was offer a small credit that didn't even come close to making up for the mistake. I am really let down by the service and the quality. I definitely won't be using them again!
Surprise flower delivery
Man, what a bummer! I was trying to do something nice by ordering flowers for a friend, but when I checked, it said CANCELED. No heads up or email or anything. When I called, they were just like "Oh, we couldn't find a florist in your friend's area to fill the order." Like, seriously? That's a lame excuse. Totally not cool. I got this Mother's Day bouquet from my family in Florida and it was sent to me here in Michigan. The flowers came from a local florist, but they were in bad shape when they arrived. I just ordered some flowers for my cousin's 80th birthday to be sent to Norway. But I was really disappointed when I found out that the company, Teleflora International, canceled my order without letting me know. They canceled it on May 13th, and I only found out today when my cousin didn't get the flowers. They said they couldn't find any florists in her area, but I know there are two nearby. The lack of communication and oversight from the company is really frustrating, and I feel upset about the whole situation.

I had a really bad experience with this company recently. I ordered a stunning arrangement of 12 roses along with some other flowers that looked beautiful in the picture. But what my relative got was nothing like what I ordered. The bouquet was filled mostly with carnations, one of which was even broken, only one rose, and tons of filler.
