I almost skipped this after seeing a Facebook ad and a friend's tip; I wasn't sure about the guarantee. I ordered anyway. Product works, but customer support was slow and pushy — insisted on an order number, which bugs me.
Fast delivery, poor support

Train-tested and approved
Halfway through a crowded train I actually noticed how much the noise dropped — these pads do a good job. Bought a pair for me and another for my son at college, use them for commuting, calls, and late-night studying. Sound is clear, bass is there but not boomy, and the battery life is absurd — I forget to charge them sometimes. That said, after about five months my son's stopped charging, which was annoying. I emailed support and they replied fast, asked for a short video, and then replaced the headphones within a week. That whole process really stood out; super smooth and honest people on the other end. Not perfect — a glitch did happen — but day-to-day they work great and the quick customer service made it an easy fix. We're both using them daily and still happy. Would buy again, no hesitation — worth it.
OneOdio A70 headphones
I bought a pair of OneOdio A70 headphones back in October 2020 and I gotta say, I've been so bummed with the quality. The padding on the headphones is starting to flake off and it's getting all over my ears, neck, and even in my hair. It's a total pain because it doesn't come off easily, making the headphones pretty much useless. I'm super unhappy with my purchase and I wouldn't suggest these headphones to anybody.
