effective but requires lots of attention
This not my first time following the training like hitchfit . so when i started i was kinda ready for the disappointed feelings. surprisingly i am still waiting but i never felt that feeling ever
the training is oriented depending on what i am looking and what i can do. unlike others, they are not forcing things in fact they are making whole training much easier
i am noticing changes too and the training is really good
they cover everything from nutrients to lifestyle
so this is good and worth a try
