Back brace for post-surgery recovery
I just bought a back brace for my post-surgery healing, and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about the service. It's been more than three weeks now, and I still haven't gotten my brace. I don't think it's cool that it's taking so long, even if it's coming from China. Like, come on, it's a medical thing that people might need right away. I'm not gonna buy from this company again, and I suggest going with someone else like Temu, they get stuff out quicker.

I recently bought some probiotic supplements from Ober Health, and I was really impressed by how knowledgeable and helpful their staff was. Brace order
This company is a total joke! I ordered a brace from them and didn't even get a confirmation. My credit card was charged right away, but they didn't bother to give me any info on my order. The phone number on their site is bogus and doesn't go anywhere. And emailing them is pointless - they say they'll reply in 4 hours but that's a total lie. They never got back to me at all! It's obvious they're just trying to rip off customers. Don't trust their fake good reviews - this company is a total scam.
Portable CPAP machine
I bought a portable CPAP machine from this company, and I gotta say, it was a total disaster. They charged my credit card twice, and the machine itself was made with low-quality materials that gave me a sinus infection within days of using it. Plus, the battery life was a huge letdown, only lasting a few hours. On top of all that, the reviews on their site seem fake and don't show how bad their stuff really is. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.

I wasn't really sure about buying a CPAP machine from a company I didn't know, but Ober Health changed my mind. They let me know that my order had been delivered, but I couldn't remember getting it. Their customer service didn't waste any time looking into it, tracking the shipment, and giving me a full rundown, even including the delivery time. The customer service folks really went out of their way to make sure I was happy, and I'm really thankful for all their hard work.
Pain relief products purchase
My experience with the pain relief products from this company was pretty good. The products were high quality, but there weren't many options to choose from. I'd suggest this company to anyone in search of top-notch products. However, the prices were a little steep and the customer service could use some work. All in all, my experience was decent and I don't have many complaints.
Thumb brace order
I recently ordered a thumb brace from this company, and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the whole thing. The website didn't mention that they're based in China, which definitely caught me off guard. I waited a whole 4 weeks for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, the quality was honestly terrible. It looked like it was made for a kid, not someone like me. On top of all that, the company doesn't even respond to emails, so I had no idea what was going on with my order. I had to get PayPal involved just to try and sort things out. This has honestly been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.

I had a really bad time with this company. I bought something but never got a confirmation or tracking number, so I got worried. I tried to contact them through email for help, but they never got back to me after a few weeks. It's pretty disappointing to see a company act so shady and mistreat customers who rely on them.

Shoulder Brace for Tendonitis Torn Rotator Cuff Frozen Shoulder
I recently bought a Shoulder Brace for Tendonitis, Torn Rotator Cuff, and Frozen Shoulder (got the left shoulder option) from Ober Health, and let me tell you, it went above and beyond what I expected. Even though there were some not-so-great reviews talking about long shipping times, I got mine in about 4 weeks, which was actually pretty reasonable considering it was during the holidays and it came all the way from China to Florida. The brace itself is really cool and comfy, with a cuff that you can adjust using Velcro strips to support your shoulder at any angle you need. It was a big step up from the bulky sling I originally picked up locally, making it super easy for me to move around and still give my shoulder the help it needed. Plus, the brace looked nice and fit my small frame just right. Overall, I'm super happy with this product.

Portable Suction Machine - Disappointing Purchase
I recently bought a portable suction machine to help take care of my loved one, but I was really let down by it. The pressure dial was broken, so I couldn't get it to suction properly. When I contacted the company, they said I could send it back on my dime and there was no guarantee I'd get a replacement or refund. Getting a hold of customer service was a nightmare, too - almost impossible. Today, when I tried to use the machine again, I still had trouble getting it to work unless I held the dial super tight at the highest level. It was really frustrating and felt like a waste of $180.

I really messed up by not doing my homework before buying something online. I got scammed by a company that didn't even send me the product I paid for. They took my money but haven't said a word about my order or given me a refund. It's really shady and they're not taking any responsibility. Refund not honored
I bought something online but ended up having to return it. I wasn't able to get my money back though because I didn't have a tracking number to give them. Ended up losing $85 total - $70 for the item and $15 for shipping. Definitely not happy with this experience, would not recommend at all!
Finger braces purchase
I gotta tell ya, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with this company. I ended up getting some finger braces because my hands have been hurting, and I needed something to help me out while I'm working. I wasn't expecting a whole lot since they were super affordable, but they actually work pretty darn well. They're not the fanciest, but they get the job done, and that's all I was looking for. And to top it off, the free shipping was a nice little extra. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought.

The neck brace I got was really bad quality and when I tried to reach out to customer service, no one responded. Plus, they won't let me return it or get a refund.

I just gotta give a shoutout to this amazing customer service I got from Joyce. She really went the extra mile to rush an order for my son's orthopedic brace. It was a huge weight off my shoulders to have someone so committed and helpful. Can't speak on the brace quality yet, but I can definitely vouch for the stellar customer service.
