I bought something online but ended up having to return it. I wasn't able to get my money back though because I didn't have a tracking number to give them. Ended up losing $85 total - $70 for the item and $15 for shipping. Definitely not happy with this experience, would not recommend at all!
Finger braces purchase
I gotta tell ya, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with this company. I ended up getting some finger braces because my hands have been hurting, and I needed something to help me out while I'm working. I wasn't expecting a whole lot since they were super affordable, but they actually work pretty darn well. They're not the fanciest, but they get the job done, and that's all I was looking for. And to top it off, the free shipping was a nice little extra. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought.
Neck brace purchase
The neck brace I got was really bad quality and when I tried to reach out to customer service, no one responded. Plus, they won't let me return it or get a refund.
Orthopedic brace
I just gotta give a shoutout to this amazing customer service I got from Joyce. She really went the extra mile to rush an order for my son's orthopedic brace. It was a huge weight off my shoulders to have someone so committed and helpful. Can't speak on the brace quality yet, but I can definitely vouch for the stellar customer service.
Drop foot brace purchase
I ended up ordering a drop foot brace from this company as a last-minute decision because one of my pricier braces bit the dust. Happy to report that the new one got to me real quick, only took 7 days, and best of all, it was a steal at $44.00 with free shipping. And guess what? It's waaay comfier than those $600.00 ones I used to have.
