Television purchase
I just got a new TV from this company and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. I usually stick to one brand but I decided to check out this company because they had a really good deal going on. The sound on the TV is awesome and the picture quality is top-notch, even better than I expected. The company I ordered from was super fast and efficient with their service. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and I would definitely buy from them again.

Cognitive Blend Cat Food
I am really upset about the Cat Food I got from Cognitive Blend. The food itself was messed up, and the customer service didn't help at all. When I got my order, one of the packets was all puffed up, like something was wrong with it. My cats usually love this food, but they wouldn't touch it this time. I reached out to customer service right away, with a complaint and pictures, but I never heard back. It's pretty disappointing how they're not taking care of their customers. Now I'm stuck with a box of bad cat food and no help from the company.

T-shirt size discrepancy
The customer service at this clothing store is awesome - they're super quick and really helpful. However, I recently had a not-so-great experience when I ordered a T-shirt. I ordered a size Small, which is what I normally wear and always fits perfectly. The website said the T-shirt had a classic fit and was true to size. But when I got it, it was way too small - more like an XS. It was so annoying having to go through the whole process of returning it and paying extra for shipping.

Jacket from online sale
I recently bought a jacket online during a sale, but didn't feel well so I couldn't try it on before the return window closed. When I got in touch with customer service to explain, they initially said no to the return. I was pretty frustrated because I didn't think they were considering my situation. However, when I took it up with the M&S Executive Team, they made an exception and took the jacket back. The Executive Team went above and beyond, even organizing for the jacket to be returned from a store so I didn't have to deal with the hassle or cost of mailing it back. I was really happy with how it all turned out and the level of service I received, especially given my circumstances.

Finger braces purchase
I gotta tell ya, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with this company. I ended up getting some finger braces because my hands have been hurting, and I needed something to help me out while I'm working. I wasn't expecting a whole lot since they were super affordable, but they actually work pretty darn well. They're not the fanciest, but they get the job done, and that's all I was looking for. And to top it off, the free shipping was a nice little extra. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought.

When I first decided to buy some skincare stuff from this online shop, I was excited about all the good reviews I'd heard from friends and seen in ads. The products looked like they were good quality and had reasonable prices. But then I ran into a little issue with the discounts they were offering on the website. At first, they caught my eye with a discount, but when I waited a bit before buying, they sent me an email with an even better offer. That got me to make my purchase, but then I found out they wouldn't honor the second discount. I still went ahead with my order, but I have to say I was a bit irritated by the mix-up. It kind of dampened my excitement for the products and the whole shopping experience.

DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! I have never been so disappointed as I am with Eva Wigs. I placed my order on January 4, 2020. It is February 15, 2020 and I have yet to receive my product and was just advised that it would be another 2 to 3 weeks for PROCESSING my order. I truly believe this company has gone from good to bad. This is my 4th wig from Eva wigs but my first really bad experience! I am concerned that I have been scammed out of 239.00 with no intent to ever send my product. I am going to turn this company in to the US Attorney General's office for a full investigation into their business practices. I have a direct contact there, they will fully accept my complaint and investigate this company and prayerfully SHUT THEM DOWN once and for all!
Did you get your money back? I am in the middle of filing a claim with Paypal.
On their shipping page it says it basically takes 8 weeks to make the HD lace wigs, fingers crossed everything goes well for you!
