Computer part purchase
I just got a computer part from this store and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The ordering process was super easy and straightforward, making it a breeze to find what I was looking for and complete my purchase. The prices were fair and competitive, especially given the quality of the product I received. When my order showed up, it was nicely packaged and arrived on time, which I really appreciated. I haven't installed the computer part yet, but based on how smoothly everything else went, I'm feeling pretty confident it'll work well once I do. I bought the LED lights, it was quite good
Few months back i purchased the LED lights from here , well it was my first purchase and i had little bit idea about the store. However, to my surprise, it turned out really good. Alos buying lights from online store is quite messy things if the delivery is not good. I had experience in getting damage lights but this one good. they pack the parcel with safety and it was secure enough.
the lights are good too, they serve the purpose and the shopping was good. i also like to say that even after it was my first purchase, i think this store is really good in lots of things. People should try it as they will get new and latest electronic items from hereFaulty product
Even though I got a broken product because of how it was handled during delivery, I have to give them credit for how fast they responded and how well they communicated. The thing was messed up when it showed up, but ELECOK said they'd send me a new one at no extra cost. But I didn't have time to wait around, so I asked for my money back instead, and they made it happen without any issues. Their customer service was really impressive, and I'm grateful for how professionally they dealt with everything.
Purchase of replacement fan for 4kw inverter
I ordered a new fan for my inverter back on April 13th. The price was really good and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it was delivered from Germany to South Africa, taking less than a month to arrive. I gotta give props to Elecok, they're a great and reliable company. Thanks for the fast and dependable service, Elecok. I definitely suggest checking them out.
Online purchase experience
Making that online purchase was so easy and stress-free! I loved how simple it was to find what I needed on the website and the checkout process was a breeze. The confirmation email even gave me all the info I needed, like when my stuff is getting shipped and the tracking number.
Pack of 10
I just bought a pack of 10 from this company and the product was awesome, but I gotta say I was a little bummed about how they handled the communication after my payment. I never got a confirmation email and it took a bunch of requests to finally get some info about when my shipment was coming. Good communication is key for a hassle-free buying process.
Delta BFB1212l blower / fan
I bought a blower and it turned out refurbished although I assumed new. I was refunded in full including the shipping costs within minutes after making my case through email. The inital response to my complaint was also within minutes. Very good customer service. (The product had also afrrived very fast in Germany).
