Got kind of a weird but welcome surprise when a real person popped up to help with my tiny plastic part—order was like five bucks, but they treated it like it mattered. It made the whole thing smooth, and honestly I was a bit confused at first (used to ghosty support from other companies), but I'm really glad it turned out so well, made me feel taken care of.
Solid service, slim selection
Needed a replacement phone because I was moving and my old one died (and yes, my back was killing me from all the boxes) — mostly I was testing how they handle orders. Delivery was on time, drivers careful, customer service answered quickly and was straightforward. Selection is sparse though, esp. phones and accessories; I’ll check the site more.

I've had quicker replacements from other sellers, so this was frustrating. Still, I'm relieved it worked and saved the phone, so overall OK, just a messy process. Price seemed fair, and packaging was intact though a bit beaten up.

this was a waste of time and money. It's maddening because the unit would have been useful around the house, kid-friendly movie nights gone. I'm annoyed, honestly. If you need a gadget that actually lasts or a company that answers, look elsewhere; don't make the same mistake I did.
Quick heads-up about this seller
$15 back on a $37 watch and basically told me to go repair it myself. I tried again and again to get a proper fix or at least a real refund, but then silence. No follow-up, no escalation, nothing. Kinda leaves you hanging, and for me that felt worse than the broken gadget. If you care about someone actually answering when things go wrong, skip it. Price was tempting, sure, but customer service and follow-through are non-existent here. It’s honestly frustrating — I was disappointed, plain and simple.

I bought an SD card reader from this store, and overall, I had a pretty good experience. The price for the item was really good, and the shipping time was reasonable. No matter what SD card I used, there was nothing to keep it in place, and the spring mechanism just pushed the card out. I was really disappointed because I bought this specifically to read SD cards. Screen protectors are good
