I had a great experience as a customer at ELECOK. The staff there really knew their stuff and helped me out a lot with all the info I needed to make a good choice. They also answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The product I got was amazing - it was top-notch quality and did everything I needed it to do. Plus, the delivery was quick and on time. Overall, I had a fantastic time at ELECOK and I definitely suggest them to anyone looking for electronics.
Pack of 10
I just bought a pack of 10 from this company and the product was awesome, but I gotta say I was a little bummed about how they handled the communication after my payment. I never got a confirmation email and it took a bunch of requests to finally get some info about when my shipment was coming. Good communication is key for a hassle-free buying process.
Delta BFB1212l blower / fan
I bought a blower and it turned out refurbished although I assumed new. I was refunded in full including the shipping costs within minutes after making my case through email. The inital response to my complaint was also within minutes. Very good customer service. (The product had also afrrived very fast in Germany).
I bought the LED lights, it was quite good
Few months back i purchased the LED lights from here , well it was my first purchase and i had little bit idea about the store. However, to my surprise, it turned out really good. Alos buying lights from online store is quite messy things if the delivery is not good. I had experience in getting damage lights but this one good. they pack the parcel with safety and it was secure enough.
the lights are good too, they serve the purpose and the shopping was good. i also like to say that even after it was my first purchase, i think this store is really good in lots of things. People should try it as they will get new and latest electronic items from here
