    Birthday wig letdown

    I actually found this wig after a friend DM’d me an Instagram post — I was excited, wanted something cute for my birthday, but it didn’t work out. I ordered a 22-inch and what arrived looked more like 17, and the shedding was honestly the worst part, hair everywhere, annoying. The lace looked cheap too. I reached out to customer service and it kind of fizzled, no real fix. Feels like they’re selling blended stuff at human-hair prices. Told my friend to skip it, and I’ll probably go Amazon next time.

The cap fits fine and the strands feel soft enough to touch, but the overall density is much thinner — so it sits flat instead of giving that full look I wanted. The length is also shorter than advertised, which is annoying since that’s literally why I picked this one. It’s light and breathable, so comfortable for a few hours, and at least it’s not scratchy (small win), but you can see my scalp more than I expected. Shipping was slower than promised with no clear updates. I’ve had better luck with other sellers, so I’m relieved it’s wearable but not happy with value.

I mean, they already charged my card, so why am I typing payment details into an email? I don’t do that. I already put my shipping address on the order, but they keep asking. It felt messy, like a sitcom where everyone forgot the script. Delivery never showed, customer service is slow and kind of evasive, and now I’m figuring out how to get my money back without too much drama. If you try them, take screenshots and demand a tracking number. Wanted to like them, but yeah, it smells off.

    Not what I expected, honestly

    I first saw this wig on Instagram — a friend raved about it and I thought, sure, why not. Bought the 20-inch Bye Bye knots on 9/11 and it showed up on time, which was nice, but right away there was this faint musty smell. Had my stylist wash it a couple times with pro products during install on 9/28, and the back still started matting within days. I’ve dealt with tangled wigs before, but not at this price. I even tipped my stylist extra for the install because I thought it deserved it, but that didn’t change the wig. Customer service was the worst part — they wouldn’t do a straight exchange or full refund, only offered a shorter wig or $45 toward a “repair” (nope, you can’t fix bad hair quality). I’m a little annoyed, kind of disappointed, and hoping they'll do the right thing. If they actually handled returns better, this could’ve been different.

Still, when I put it on that morning, the fit was good, the color was right, and for the first five minutes I actually relaxed. It didn't feel heavy, the hairline looked decent when I blended it with my baby hairs, and people at brunch later said I looked nice (my boyfriend noticed, too). So it's not flawless — a few tangles after a day, and I wish they’d been clearer about stock and shipping — but it did the job when it mattered. Would I buy again without a better sense of their service? Probably not right away. But if you need something that looks presentable fast and you’re okay shrugging off pushy messages and slow support, this one can work. Not perfect, but it handled the important part: I didn’t feel self-conscious meeting his family.

    Almost didn’t make it out the door

    the length is shorter than advertised (I bought a “16-inch wavy” and once it relaxed it read more like a 10), and the density is on the thin side even after I sewed in an extra track. Biggest headache was the lace — it kept showing no matter what we tried. I’m clueless with wigs, so I dragged it to my stylist and we spent hours trying different adhesives and techniques. In the end we used a bit more glue than I’d planned and I chopped in some bangs to hide the hairline. It’s not perfect, but once styled it looked decent enough for the event and I stopped worrying. Would I buy again? Maybe, but only if I order a lot longer and accept some extra work.

    Curly bundles summer ready

    I'm completely in love with these curly bundles! They're super soft and have a nice bounce, even when they're wet.     Bye bye knots, synthetic feel

    The color of the wig was really cool and definitely made me stand out in a crowd. But I have to say, the wig itself felt too fake. It was itchy, not very full, and didn't stay looking good for long. I kept getting wig hairs in my mouth and eyes, which was annoying, and it wasn't very comfy to wear for a long time. Plus, when I cut it, there was this gross waxy stuff that came off. Overall, it's alright if you need a quick style change, but the artificial feel is a big downside.

    Lace front wig purchase

    I just got a new lace front wig and I was blown away by how fast it arrived and how great it looks. Usually, when you buy stuff online, it takes forever or it ends up being not so great, but this time it was awesome. The wig is top-notch quality and when I had some questions, the customer service was really helpful. The way the wig is made, I can tell it's gonna stay put. I'm really looking forward to rocking my new wig, and I've already been getting lots of compliments on how real it looks. I can't wait to buy more stuff from this company!
