a little shedding the first day and a tiny snag after a few wears, but nothing catastrophic and nothing I couldn’t fix with a quick brush and a bit of care. All in all I’m pleasantly surprised. I almost didn’t try this company because I was loyal to what I knew, but trying it felt worth it. Grateful it worked out — not flawless, but good value for the risk, and I’m happy I gave them a shot.
Fast delivery, disappointing hair
it behaves like synthetic. Within a few days it went dry and straw-like, tangles and all, not at all what I paid for. I sent photos and got told to return it on my dime with no promise of a refund, so I ended up doing a lot of emailing for nothing useful. Customer service was kind of a loop of excuses and "maybe" answers, annoying and slow. Small upside: the color was a pretty good match and the packaging looked nice, so delivery and presentation were okay. I’d bought from them once before and overlooked issues, but this time it crossed the line. Wouldn’t risk it again.
Not worth the hassle
I wouldn’t order from UNICE again. I bought an invisible lace kinky wig in an 18" length and was told it would arrive in 5–8 days — it took nearly a month. At first they replied that someone would get back to me, then radio silence. When I followed up they suddenly said I had to “top up” the order to a 20" before they’d ship, which makes no sense because I bought what I could afford and what I wanted. Asked for a refund and the replies stopped. You can only use their chat — there’s no phone support — so it’s hard to push them or show proof to anyone. I’m still out $169 and still waiting. If you value your time and money, consider other sellers or insist on a refund policy in writing before ordering. Small tip: screenshot every chat and keep receipts — you’ll need them if they ghost you.
Skeptical, then okay
is this another fake site? I finally pulled the trigger. The first week I had that nagging doubt — no tracking, no emails. I called and got a person who explained a holiday delay, not ideal but honest. The wig showed up two weeks later. It's decent. Better than I feared. Hair texture is okay and colors matched. Not perfect, but good value for the price. Also, the cap is comfortable — bonus. Tip: ask for tracking right away. I'd buy again, a bit more cautiously though. I guess.
