Sweater with holes after one season
I splurged on this really pricey sweater and it already has holes in the sleeve after just one season of wear. Can you believe it?! I reached out to customer service for help, but they were absolutely useless. I'm really let down, it feels like such a waste of money!
My order - total SCAM
Don't buy anything from this store! It's a complete scam. They'll send you a small piece of fabric that's not even worth much, and then expect you to ship it back to China. To make matters worse, they'll send you the wrong size! And on top of that, they'll try to negotiate a partial refund while still making money off of you. Just contact your bank to dispute the charge and use this website as proof. Trust me, stay away from this place!
Shoes
Hey, I ordered some shoes from this one place, and what do you know? They ended up sending me the wrong size! Can you imagine? And then when I brought it to their attention, they had the nerve to say, "Oh, you have to cover the cost of return shipping." Like, excuse me? This is your mistake, not mine! Now I'm dealing with their return policy that they won't even follow properly. It's such a hassle, all I want is the right size shoes!
Leather bag purchase
I recently bought this fancy leather bag from the store, thinking it would be super nice and well-made. But man, was I let down! After using it for less than a month, the leather started tearing at the corners and the inside was flimsy and couldn't even hold my phone and wallet right. I can't believe the lack of quality in this so-called "designer" bag. I feel totally ripped off and frustrated that I wasted my money on it.
Damaged product
The customer service at this place really needs some work. I got a damaged product and when I reached out to complain, they promised me they'd get back to me soon. Well, it's been a week and I'm still waiting for them to fix this. It's really frustrating to see them drop the ball like this. I thought a company like this would do better.
Clothing
I have to be honest, my shopping experience at that place was a major letdown. The clothes were just not up to par, and they were way too expensive. On top of that, the employees were so arrogant and unhelpful, it really made things worse. When I left, I felt like I had just thrown away my time and money on a brand that doesn't give a darn about its customers. In my opinion, I wouldn't suggest anyone shop there if they're looking for good quality clothes and great customer service.
Expensive item
This online store is a mess. They charge a crazy $10 for shipping, and it takes forever to get your order. And don't even get me started on returning items – no return slip, good luck printing one without an account, and if you make an account, your order vanishes. Customer service? Forget about it. They clearly don't care about the customer. Plus, their products are expensive. Just don't bother with this online store, it's not worth the trouble.
Online shopping experience
I had a bummer experience with an online clothing store recently. The website said it was from Melbourne, but gave an address in London. When I looked up that address, I couldn't find anything about the clothing brand. Also, not having details about the fabric they use made me doubt if they were legit. The About Us page didn't even have the owners' names. I'd recommend being careful with that website and maybe finding more trustworthy online stores to shop from.
Sweater purchase
I wanted to share about my recent experience buying a sweater online - it was pretty much the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. It took forever - like 2.5 weeks, a bunch of phone calls, and emails - just to get my order. When I first bought the sweater, everything I wanted was in stock. I even called them four days before it was supposed to be delivered just to double-check. But then, out of nowhere, they emailed me saying one of the sweaters I ordered was out of stock. So frustrating and disappointing! I was expecting better, especially from a big brand.
Fake counterfeits
I made the mistake of ordering shoes from this one place, thinking I was gonna score a great deal. Turns out, I was dead wrong! The shoes ended up coming from China, not even in a box, and it was so obvious they were knock-offs. The quality was trash and it was clear they weren't real. I felt totally ripped off and pretty bummed that I fell for it. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place, it's not worth it!
Expensive Hoodie Purchase
I recently bought this really expensive hoodie from the store and I was pretty bummed about the quality. I only wore it a few times before the end cap of the hoodie cord fell off because it was poorly made. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times through email to ask for a replacement, but they never got back to me and didn't want to help out. I paid a lot for that hoodie, so I was super disappointed with how they treated me as a customer and the lack of quality control. It's not cool for a brand to ignore loyal customers who spent a bunch of money on their stuff. I won't be shopping there again.
Disappointing experience
I just bought something from this company, thinking it was a real Australian business, but boy was I wrong. They were really secretive and communication was awful, no phone number and their chat system was terrible. It's really sad to see companies like that tricking people. I'll definitely do my homework before buying anything online again, it's a bummer to lose money to a scam.
T-shirt size discrepancy
The customer service at this clothing store is awesome - they're super quick and really helpful. However, I recently had a not-so-great experience when I ordered a T-shirt. I ordered a size Small, which is what I normally wear and always fits perfectly. The website said the T-shirt had a classic fit and was true to size. But when I got it, it was way too small - more like an XS. It was so annoying having to go through the whole process of returning it and paying extra for shipping.
1500€ leather jacket, zipper fail
I bought this super pricey jacket from here, and after only wearing it for like 2.5 seasons, the zipper straight up broke. I asked if they could just send me a new part, but they were like, "Sorry, you didn't buy it from us so no can do." Not cool, dude. They seriously need to step up and look out for their products and the people who buy them.
Two t-shirts
My recent online shopping experience was a total mess. I ordered two t-shirts on July 1st, but it's almost been a month and I still haven't gotten them. I tried talking to customer service for help, but it was a pain. They were super slow and confused about whether the shirts were even in stock. It was all just super annoying. Long story short, I was let down and now I'm not sure I want to shop there again.
Overpriced jacket
The jacket I bought was a total rip-off. I paid 80 bucks for it and got a low-quality piece with rusty zippers and crummy fabric. When I wanted to return it to the London address they gave me, they said I had to send it all the way back to China, which sounded sketchy to me. So, I decided to reach out to my credit card company and dispute the charge, and luckily I got refunded. Ever since I gave my info to this company, I've been bombarded with scam texts and calls. I'd definitely steer clear of them at all costs.
Christmas Bag Present
I ordered this Christmas bag thinking it was gonna be all fancy and nice. But when it finally showed up, it was just stuffed in some random tote bag like it came from the dollar store! Man, I was bummed out 'cause I wanted it to be a really special gift. I reached out to them about the mix-up and they promised to send me the right bag, but I'm still waiting. Now I'm not so sure I can rely on them to get my order straight.
Oversize tee, struggling with returns
Poor communication, haven't heard back about return issues all week. Feeling frustrated and really need help returning items that don't fit.
Frustrating shopping experience
I really wish I had checked out reviews before buying from this store. I placed my order three weeks ago, but my stuff never showed up. When I contacted customer service, they said my order was on its way. But after another week went by with no delivery, I found out the product wasn't even available. I ended up waiting almost a month just to get my money back. I definitely don't recommend shopping here.
Slow delivery
Man, I can't even believe how freaking long it took for my order to get here. Seriously, I placed my order and it felt like forever before it finally showed up at my door. I was totally not cool with how long it took to get my stuff, and I definitely think they need to pick up the pace with their delivery process. Waiting for my order felt like it took a million years, and I was not a happy camper.
