    T-shirt size discrepancy

    The customer service at this clothing store is awesome - they're super quick and really helpful. However, I recently had a not-so-great experience when I ordered a T-shirt. I ordered a size Small, which is what I normally wear and always fits perfectly. The website said the T-shirt had a classic fit and was true to size. But when I got it, it was way too small - more like an XS. It was so annoying having to go through the whole process of returning it and paying extra for shipping.

    Leather bag purchase

    I recently bought this fancy leather bag from the store, thinking it would be super nice and well-made. But man, was I let down! After using it for less than a month, the leather started tearing at the corners and the inside was flimsy and couldn't even hold my phone and wallet right. I can't believe the lack of quality in this so-called "designer" bag. I feel totally ripped off and frustrated that I wasted my money on it.

    Damaged product

    The customer service at this place really needs some work. I got a damaged product and when I reached out to complain, they promised me they'd get back to me soon. Well, it's been a week and I'm still waiting for them to fix this. It's really frustrating to see them drop the ball like this. I thought a company like this would do better.

    This online store is a mess. They charge a crazy $10 for shipping, and it takes forever to get your order. And don't even get me started on returning items – no return slip, good luck printing one without an account, and if you make an account, your order vanishes. Customer service? Forget about it. They clearly don't care about the customer. Plus, their products are expensive. Just don't bother with this online store, it's not worth the trouble.

    I wanted to share about my recent experience buying a sweater online - it was pretty much the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. It took forever - like 2.5 weeks, a bunch of phone calls, and emails - just to get my order. When I first bought the sweater, everything I wanted was in stock. I even called them four days before it was supposed to be delivered just to double-check. But then, out of nowhere, they emailed me saying one of the sweaters I ordered was out of stock. So frustrating and disappointing! I was expecting better, especially from a big brand.

    Expensive Hoodie Purchase

    I recently bought this really expensive hoodie from the store and I was pretty bummed about the quality. I only wore it a few times before the end cap of the hoodie cord fell off because it was poorly made. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times through email to ask for a replacement, but they never got back to me and didn't want to help out. I paid a lot for that hoodie, so I was super disappointed with how they treated me as a customer and the lack of quality control. It's not cool for a brand to ignore loyal customers who spent a bunch of money on their stuff. I won't be shopping there again.

    1500€ leather jacket, zipper fail

    I bought this super pricey jacket from here, and after only wearing it for like 2.5 seasons, the zipper straight up broke. I asked if they could just send me a new part, but they were like, "Sorry, you didn't buy it from us so no can do." Not cool, dude. They seriously need to step up and look out for their products and the people who buy them.

    Two t-shirts

    My recent online shopping experience was a total mess. I ordered two t-shirts on July 1st, but it's almost been a month and I still haven't gotten them. I tried talking to customer service for help, but it was a pain. They were super slow and confused about whether the shirts were even in stock. It was all just super annoying. Long story short, I was let down and now I'm not sure I want to shop there again.

    Overpriced jacket

    The jacket I bought was a total rip-off. I paid 80 bucks for it and got a low-quality piece with rusty zippers and crummy fabric. When I wanted to return it to the London address they gave me, they said I had to send it all the way back to China, which sounded sketchy to me. So, I decided to reach out to my credit card company and dispute the charge, and luckily I got refunded. Ever since I gave my info to this company, I've been bombarded with scam texts and calls. I'd definitely steer clear of them at all costs.

    Christmas Bag Present

    I ordered this Christmas bag thinking it was gonna be all fancy and nice. But when it finally showed up, it was just stuffed in some random tote bag like it came from the dollar store! Man, I was bummed out 'cause I wanted it to be a really special gift. I reached out to them about the mix-up and they promised to send me the right bag, but I'm still waiting. Now I'm not so sure I can rely on them to get my order straight.

    Frustrating shopping experience

    I really wish I had checked out reviews before buying from this store. I placed my order three weeks ago, but my stuff never showed up. When I contacted customer service, they said my order was on its way. But after another week went by with no delivery, I found out the product wasn't even available. I ended up waiting almost a month just to get my money back. I definitely don't recommend shopping here.
