    Flight cancellation and rescheduling without notice

    My experience with this airline was just awful, I gotta say. They totally canceled my flight without even giving me a heads up, and then they rescheduled me to two whole days later. The worst part though was how the staff didn't give a darn - they were so indifferent and not helpful at all. Plus, the flights were always getting delayed with no explanation. And then, to make matters worse, I missed my connection in Milan, which was a huge pain in the neck.

    Stainless Steel Water Bottle

    I've been a loyal customer of your brand for more than a year now. I used to use and suggest the plastic Eddy bottles, but my recent purchase of the stainless steel water bottle didn't meet my expectations. Even though the design is cool and strong, I noticed that the valve adds some air to the water when I drink, making me burp in an uncomfortable way. Besides that, the bottle is pretty heavy compared to the plastic ones I've had before.

    My experience with ordering contact lenses from this company was really great. At first, they sent me the wrong order, but thanks to Henry HC in customer service, they quickly fixed everything by sending out the correct lenses and giving me a refund. I was really impressed by how fast they handled the problem and made sure I got the right lenses on time. The first delivery and the corrected one both came in just two business days, and I was happy that there was no extra charge for their mistake. Compared to other big contact lens stores, this company's service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to others after such a positive experience.

    Scam, locked contract, predatory

    I was really hopeful that Billshark would help me out, but man, I was way off. They sucked me in with the idea of cutting my bills, but instead, they trapped me in this contract without even asking. And when I tried to talk it out, they barely gave me a 20% discount on their shady service. That's just a messed up way to do business, and I definitely wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

    Home scent units malfunctioning

    I bought two home scent units not too long ago, but they both crapped out on me in just a month. I did everything the manual said and even made sure they were hooked up to WiFi properly, but they just wouldn't work. I spent a good chunk of change on getting samples, units, and cartridges, only to be left with two useless black boxes. It's pretty annoying to shell out so much cash and get such lousy products in the end. I mean, come on, they're supposed to be made in the good ol' USA - I was hoping for better service and better quality.

    Bad customer service

    Man, this customer service is just the absolute worst. It's like they couldn't care less about actually helping me out. I mean, it takes forever for them to get back to me, and even when they finally do, nothing gets fixed. It's been a total nightmare trying to deal with their incompetence. I swear, it's driving me up the wall having to put up with this nonsense. So aggravating!

    Moncler coat purchase

    I usually don't like buying expensive stuff online because of the hassle of having to deal with returns. But I decided to give it a shot and ordered a Moncler coat from this store. To my surprise, the coat arrived looking like it was fresh out of the box, not a scratch on it. It wasn't some display model either, which was a big relief. The quality of the coat was spot on, just as they had described. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase!

    I had the pleasure of dealing with Renarda from customer service, and let me tell you, she really went above and beyond for me. She made sure I was well taken care of and her dedication to customer satisfaction was really something special. It's rare to find good customer service these days, but Renarda definitely knows how to provide exceptional service.

    Expensive coat purchase

    I recently splurged on a fancy coat and it's turned into a total nightmare. I paid up front and was supposed to get it a week later. But then I got an email saying there was a delay because of Covid. A few days after that, I got another email saying my package was sent out and I'd get a tracking number soon. But that tracking number never came. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times but haven't heard back. It's been almost a month now and still no coat or any word from them. This whole thing has been such a letdown and has me questioning if this brand is even legit.

    I never thought I'd get so lucky being a first-time shopper at Linzi, finding these awesome sliders in all kinds of colors. I couldn't choose just one, so I ended up getting three pairs in different colors. They were on sale, so I was like, why not? When they came, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice they were and how quickly they arrived. Of course, I decided to keep all three pairs and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.

    Man, I can't even believe how freaking long it took for my order to get here. Seriously, I placed my order and it felt like forever before it finally showed up at my door. I was totally not cool with how long it took to get my stuff, and I definitely think they need to pick up the pace with their delivery process. Waiting for my order felt like it took a million years, and I was not a happy camper.
