    Business travel flights

    I've been flying with this airline a lot over the last 5 years, taking over 60 flights. Despite all the problems with the pandemic, they've kept essential business routes like LHR to BEG going strong. I gotta give them props for making sure flights are running, even if it sometimes means delays from too many planes being in rotation. The staff and customer service might not be top-notch by Eastern European standards, but they've always done right by me. The air lounge in Belgrade is a standout, making the whole pre-flight experience super comfy and pleasant. Most of my European trips with this airline have been smooth sailing, but I gotta say, their rewards program needs some serious work. All in all, I'm happy with how things have gone and I'll definitely keep booking with this airline.

    As a client of Air Serbia, I have had a generally positive experience with the company. The booking process is straightforward and easy to navigate on their website. The prices for flights are competitive and the in-flight service is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. On my most recent flight, the plane was clean and well-maintained.     Flight ticket issue

    My flight ticket got changed outta nowhere, and I didn't even realize until about an hour and a half before I was supposed to fly out. Had to haul it to the airport and ended up with a new ticket for a Turkish Airlines flight. Then, 6 months later, the Airline Claims Team finally came through and decided to make it right by compensating me for all the trouble caused by the ticket switch-up. All in all, I gotta say, I'm thankful for the way the claims team handled things.

    Recent Air Travel Experience

    I recently got to fly with an airline for two flights in Europe, each with a layover in a big city. The whole process went super smooth and was way better than I thought it would be in terms of service and help. Another time, my flight got canceled, but the airline's customer support team fixed everything right away without charging me extra or making it difficult. They handled the whole thing really professionally and quickly, making sure my travel plans stayed on track.

    Flight delay causing missed connecting flight

    I recently had a really long flight delay of over 3 hours with this airline, which made me miss my connecting flight. It was pretty inconvenient and stressful, but what really bugged me was that the airline didn't offer any compensation like they're supposed to according to EU Regulation 261.

    And on top of that, when I tried to make a claim through my travel insurance for the new flight I had to buy because of the missed connection, the airline wouldn't even tell me why there was a delay in the first place. This left me stuck and unable to move forward with my claim. It's not cool that they're being so secretive and not looking out for their customers. It really shows that they don't care about making us happy.

    I would definitely think twice about flying with this airline because of how they're ignoring their responsibilities and treating their passengers like they don't matter.

    International flight experience

    Oh my gosh, I can't believe how awful my flight was! I flew from Chicago to Belgrade and it was a total disaster. The bathrooms didn't even work, the seats were all broken, the screens wouldn't even turn on, and they didn't have any bassinets for babies. And don't even get me started on the customs people - they were so rude. Plus, to top it off, my luggage got lost! The baggage claim area was chaos - lost bags everywhere! And there wasn't even anyone from Lost & Found customer service to help me out. I'm definitely never flying with them again!

    Baggage lost, still no compensation

    The airline lost my luggage back in 2022, and I still haven't received any compensation from them. I've sent numerous emails and filled out forms on their website, but it seems like they're not paying any attention to me. I just really want my belongings back or at least some kind of compensation for all the hassle!

    My experience with this airline was really disappointing. I had a round trip flight booked but ended up missing the first leg due to some unexpected stuff. Turns out, missing one leg made them cancel my return flight too! I wish they had made this policy clearer, and the lack of communication was super annoying. The online check-in was a mess, giving errors, even though I got emails saying everything was good. The customer service rep I spoke to said my reservation was fine, but at the airport, I found out my ticket was actually cancelled. I had to pay 300 euros to catch the same flight, all because of this misunderstanding. It's crazy how a simple mistake in their policy can cause such chaos for customers. They really need to work on their communication and be more upfront about their terms and conditions so customers don't get caught off guard like this.

    Flight booking gone wrong

    My family and I tried to book a flight to Turkey, but we ran into some issues. We paid about 145€ and the bank confirmed the payment, but we never got an email confirmation. We waited for a long time, but nothing showed up. We tried to contact customer service for assistance, but they never got back to us. Now we're stuck and have to find another airline to book with. It's frustrating, man.

    Flight cancellation and rescheduling without notice

    My experience with this airline was just awful, I gotta say. They totally canceled my flight without even giving me a heads up, and then they rescheduled me to two whole days later. The worst part though was how the staff didn't give a darn - they were so indifferent and not helpful at all. Plus, the flights were always getting delayed with no explanation. And then, to make matters worse, I missed my connection in Milan, which was a huge pain in the neck.

    My recent experience booking a flight with this airline was really disappointing. I originally booked a flight for me and a friend in early February, but the airline canceled both of our travel dates within 2 weeks. After the second cancellation, I asked for a refund almost a month ago. The airline did issue the refund a week later, but they didn't give me a refund reference number. I've asked several times and it's been eight days, but I still haven't heard anything from their customer service. It's frustrating how little they communicate and how unclear they are about everything.

    Delayed flight, unhelpful customer service

    My recent experience with this airline was a complete nightmare. The flight itself was just okay, nothing special about the economy experience. But what really got me mad was that the flight was a crazy 12 hours late. I had to rush to find a hotel because of the delay. When I tried to get a refund from customer service, it was a total headache. Even though I gave them my booking number and flight number, they kept saying they couldn't find me on that flight and wouldn't pay me back for the hotel. It's just so frustrating that I had to deal with the results of their messed-up service.

    Flight change, poor customer service, delayed refund

    The airline changed my flight without even telling me, so I had to scramble and book new ones with a different company. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare, they were no help at all. Air Serbia was so difficult about giving me a refund, insisting it would take 30 days. I ended up having to do a chargeback on my credit card to cover the cost of the new flights.
