Flight delay causing missed connecting flight
I recently had a really long flight delay of over 3 hours with this airline, which made me miss my connecting flight. It was pretty inconvenient and stressful, but what really bugged me was that the airline didn't offer any compensation like they're supposed to according to EU Regulation 261.
And on top of that, when I tried to make a claim through my travel insurance for the new flight I had to buy because of the missed connection, the airline wouldn't even tell me why there was a delay in the first place. This left me stuck and unable to move forward with my claim. It's not cool that they're being so secretive and not looking out for their customers. It really shows that they don't care about making us happy.
I would definitely think twice about flying with this airline because of how they're ignoring their responsibilities and treating their passengers like they don't matter.International flight experience
Oh my gosh, I can't believe how awful my flight was! I flew from Chicago to Belgrade and it was a total disaster. The bathrooms didn't even work, the seats were all broken, the screens wouldn't even turn on, and they didn't have any bassinets for babies. And don't even get me started on the customs people - they were so rude. Plus, to top it off, my luggage got lost! The baggage claim area was chaos - lost bags everywhere! And there wasn't even anyone from Lost & Found customer service to help me out. I'm definitely never flying with them again!
Baggage lost, still no compensation
The airline lost my luggage back in 2022, and I still haven't received any compensation from them. I've sent numerous emails and filled out forms on their website, but it seems like they're not paying any attention to me. I just really want my belongings back or at least some kind of compensation for all the hassle!

My family and I tried to book a flight to Turkey, but we ran into some issues. We paid about 145€ and the bank confirmed the payment, but we never got an email confirmation. We waited for a long time, but nothing showed up. We tried to contact customer service for assistance, but they never got back to us. Now we're stuck and have to find another airline to book with. I even got a lawyer involved, but still no luck. This airline is terrible, and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I tried to email them for answers, but they just kept ignoring me even after we had an agreement. They're the worst!
My flight refund
So I had to wait forever for my flight refund, which was super annoying, but after bugging them a bunch, they finally gave it to me. And guess what? They not only refunded the taxi fees but also gave me more money back than I was expecting on the tickets! So yeah, thanks, I appreciate it.

Bought a ticket for a flight
I got this ticket for a flight, but then they went and changed the schedule to an earlier time. And guess what? They wouldn't let me switch it to a different flight time! So, I ended up having to cancel. The only thing I got back was the airport taxes. I mean seriously, other airlines would've let me change the flight for free. It's just not fair.
