    Business travel flights

    I've been flying with this airline a lot over the last 5 years, taking over 60 flights. Despite all the problems with the pandemic, they've kept essential business routes like LHR to BEG going strong. I gotta give them props for making sure flights are running, even if it sometimes means delays from too many planes being in rotation. The staff and customer service might not be top-notch by Eastern European standards, but they've always done right by me. The air lounge in Belgrade is a standout, making the whole pre-flight experience super comfy and pleasant. Most of my European trips with this airline have been smooth sailing, but I gotta say, their rewards program needs some serious work. All in all, I'm happy with how things have gone and I'll definitely keep booking with this airline.

    Positive Experience with Air Serbia - Reliable and Affordable

    As a client of Air Serbia, I have had a generally positive experience with the company. The booking process is straightforward and easy to navigate on their website. The prices for flights are competitive and the in-flight service is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. On my most recent flight, the plane was clean and well-maintained. The only downside was a slight delay on the tarmac before takeoff, but the flight arrived on time overall. Overall, I would recommend Air Serbia as a reliable and affordable airline.

    Flight ticket issue

    My flight ticket got changed outta nowhere, and I didn't even realize until about an hour and a half before I was supposed to fly out. Had to haul it to the airport and ended up with a new ticket for a Turkish Airlines flight. Then, 6 months later, the Airline Claims Team finally came through and decided to make it right by compensating me for all the trouble caused by the ticket switch-up. All in all, I gotta say, I'm thankful for the way the claims team handled things.

    Recent Air Travel Experience

    I recently got to fly with an airline for two flights in Europe, each with a layover in a big city. The whole process went super smooth and was way better than I thought it would be in terms of service and help. Another time, my flight got canceled, but the airline's customer support team fixed everything right away without charging me extra or making it difficult. They handled the whole thing really professionally and quickly, making sure my travel plans stayed on track.

    Flight cancellation and rescheduling without notice

    My experience with this airline was just awful, I gotta say. They totally canceled my flight without even giving me a heads up, and then they rescheduled me to two whole days later. The worst part though was how the staff didn't give a darn - they were so indifferent and not helpful at all. Plus, the flights were always getting delayed with no explanation. And then, to make matters worse, I missed my connection in Milan, which was a huge pain in the neck.

    Flight change, poor customer service, delayed refund

    The airline changed my flight without even telling me, so I had to scramble and book new ones with a different company. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare, they were no help at all. Air Serbia was so difficult about giving me a refund, insisting it would take 30 days. I ended up having to do a chargeback on my credit card to cover the cost of the new flights.

    My flight refund

    So I had to wait forever for my flight refund, which was super annoying, but after bugging them a bunch, they finally gave it to me. And guess what? They not only refunded the taxi fees but also gave me more money back than I was expecting on the tickets! So yeah, thanks, I appreciate it.

    Lost luggage at airport

    I had a huge problem with the airline because they lost my luggage when I flew. I tried to complain at the airport, but nothing got fixed. When my luggage finally arrived, half of my stuff was missing! I was so angry because I lost my clothes, perfumes, creams, and even a TV box. I tried to complain about the missing things, but it was really difficult to reach them. When I finally did, they promised to pay me half of what my stuff was worth, but they never did! I even got a lawyer involved, but still no luck. This airline is terrible, and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I tried to email them for answers, but they just kept ignoring me even after we had an agreement. They're the worst!

    Booked international flights

    I booked flights with this airline for my family and me, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. From beginning to end, everything went wrong. Our layover in Belgrade was a nightmare - my sister got left behind at the airport with no help or communication from the airline. She had to pay for another flight just to catch up with us. It was so frustrating and made us feel totally abandoned. The lack of customer service and care was just shocking. It really makes you wonder, can we even trust this airline?

    Flight booking experience

    My recent experience booking a flight on a certain airline was really disappointing. I've been a seasoned traveler for over four decades, but this time I encountered one of the worst booking processes ever. I booked tickets for myself and my family to go on a specific route, only to get to the airport and be told we couldn't travel that way. So, we were left stranded, having to find somewhere else to stay and spending a lot of money on new tickets. The airline didn't give us clear information or communicate well, which was super frustrating and unprofessional. Even though we followed all their rules on the website, we ended up in a tough spot because of a surprise change they didn't tell us about. The whole thing was not just annoying, but really disappointing and unreliable. The customer service response was just as bad, with generic responses and no real help to solve our problem. All in all, my experience with this airline was sketchy and made me doubt their reliability and competence.

    Flight booking confusion

    My first experience booking a flight was really frustrating and disappointing. I got an email saying there was a "change affected" but it didn't give me any details on what was actually changing. That left me feeling super confused and annoyed. I had no idea which day or time the change was for, so I couldn't plan anything. And to top it off, there was no way to get in touch with the company for help. I even tried to file a complaint on their website but it wasn't working right. Basically, the total lack of communication and customer service was a huge bummer.

    My experience with this airline was just awful. I had to deal with a 6-hour delay and the service was just terrible. They promised to compensate me but I still haven't seen a cent. Needless to say, I will never be flying with them again.

    Flight delays due to sunny weather

    Even though the weather was nice, my flight got delayed multiple times, and the final delay left me stuck on the runway. I ended up wasting a day and a half and a bunch of money because of it. And when I tried to get reimbursed, they said no, so now I have to go the legal route.

    Air travel from Nuremberg to Zagreb via Belgrade on 15.3.2024

    Our experience with this airline was terrible. When we checked in at Nuremberg, they didn't tell us about the 2-hour flight delay. Even though the plane wasn't full, they gave us a window seat without an actual window. The connecting flight in Belgrade was a nightmare. They sent us to the transfer counter where the staff was really unhelpful and rude. They couldn't even give us boarding passes for the flight that was 4 hours later. We had to leave the transit area, go through immigration in Serbia, check in again with Air Serbia, go through exit immigration, and then go back to the transit area. We didn't get any help during this whole process, which took 1.5 hours. And then the next flight was delayed by over an hour. I don't think there's a worse airline in Europe. We won't be flying with them again, no matter how cheap their tickets are.

    Flight experience

    So, let me tell you about my last flight - total nightmare. We got delayed for hours, and when we finally got on the plane, it was obvious that something was wrong. And guess what? No backup plane in sight. The airline tried to make up for it by putting us in a hotel and promising a refund, but surprise, surprise, they never came through. So now, I'm taking legal action against them. Dealing with their incompetence is a total nightmare. Do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague!

    changed flight date, avoid this company to save your trip

    Man, this company is just the worst! They went and changed my flight date without even giving me a heads up, totally screwed up my travel plans. No way I'm ever flying with them again.
