The bags are really nice and so light! They are very well made, the craftsmanship is top-notch. I got the sera tote in pastel and the color combo is just amazing, I love it. When it arrived, it was in a really nice box with a dust bag that made it feel super luxurious, like a fancy brand. The customer service was great, too. I originally preordered the milky shade, but then decided to switch to the pastel and they were really cool about it, changed my order right away and sent it out immediately.
