Bought fly fishing gear
I picked up some new fly fishing gear from this place and it was awesome! The deals were great and the staff really knew their stuff when it comes to fly fishing. If you're into fly fishing, you should definitely give this place a visit!
Fly tying supplies purchase
As someone who's been fishing for a while, I needed some fly tying supplies and thought I'd check out this shop. I placed an order a week ago, but I'm bummed that it hasn't shown up yet. And it's kind of a pain that I had to download an app to keep tabs on my shipment. Seems like there could be an easier way to update customers on their orders. I think I'll just stick to my regular spots for buying fishing stuff from now on.
Fly fishing gear
I bought some fly fishing gear from that place, and let me tell you, it was the absolute worst experience. The communication was seriously lacking, and they totally tried to scam me with their trade-in program. They claimed my reel wasn't up to par because the drag was sticky, but I had only used it one time! And when I called to inquire about other items, the person on the phone was super rude and totally unhelpful. They're hardly ever open when you actually need them, and when they finally ship your order, it takes so dang long. Trust me, do not waste your time shopping there. I'm pretty sure they're bound to go out of business soon.

Fly fishing rod
Overall, my experiences with the company have been pretty good. I like the quality of the products and the customer service is great. But, one thing I've noticed is that the shipping can be kinda slow. Like, if you order something on a Friday or even sometimes on a Thursday, it might not get shipped out until Monday or Tuesday. In today's world where everything moves fast, I think they could do better in that area.

I just bought a new 3 1/8" reel from this store to go with my 5wt cane rod. The staff there was really friendly and got back to me quickly. Quick shipping
The ordering process went smoothly, and my stuff got here pretty quickly. But man, let me tell you, dealing with a manager when I had a problem was a total disaster. The regular customer service folks were cool, but the manager just seemed robotic and kinda hinted that I messed up. The products were good and the prices were fair, but that crummy manager really turned me off. If that's how they handle problems, I might have to find another spot for my fly fishing gear.

I just got this new Simms rogue jacket from a fly fishing company. I couldn't find it anywhere in Ireland or Europe, so I decided to order it from this retailer online. The process went really smoothly, and I got my jacket just 12 days later from FedEx, which I thought was pretty good considering it came all the way from the USA to Europe. I even reached out to their customer service about the shipping and they were really nice. It seems like they might have a shorter work week, but I guess they might just be out fishing on their days off, which is cool. Overall, I had a really good experience with them and I'm really happy with my purchase.
Incorrect Cleats
I bought some cleats from your store not too long ago, but they weren't the ones I actually wanted. I contacted customer service for help with returning them, and now I'm just waiting on an email with the shipping details. I'd really like it if this could be taken care of quickly.

Their lack of communication and failure to follow through on what they promised was really worrying. When I tried to cancel my order, the response I got was so rude and unhelpful it just made me even more frustrated. I've asked several times now for confirmation that my order was canceled, but I haven't heard a word from them. This kind of behavior isn't just unprofessional, it's downright disrespectful to customers like me who trusted them.

I just bought some fly line for my 5wt rod, and man, the customer service experience was not great. I was looking for a specific type of line for my classic bamboo rod, and the rep had no clue what I was talking about. It was so annoying trying to get help from somebody who didn't even know the basics of what they were selling. How can a company hire folks without making sure they actually know their stuff to help out customers?

I recently had the opportunity to try out some of the products from Trident Fly Fishing and overall, I was pretty impressed with what they had to offer. I've been fly fishing for a few years now and I've used gear from a variety of different companies, but I can confidently say that Trident's products are some of the best I've used.
First of all, I have to say that their fly selection is top-notch. I've never seen such a wide variety of flies available in one place. They had everything from classic patterns to more modern, trendy flies. I was really impressed by the quality of the flies too. The materials used seemed to be of high-quality and the flies themselves were very well tied.
I also had a chance to try out some of Trident's rods and reels and I have to say, I was really impressed. The rod I used felt incredibly light and well balanced in my hand, and the reel was smooth and easy to use. The guides on the rod were also well-placed, making casting a breeze.
The customer service was also excellent. I had a few questions about their products and the representatives were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions and even gave me some tips on how to use the gear I had purchased.
In conclusion, I would definitely recommend Trident Fly Fishing to any angler looking for high-quality gear. The wide selection of flies, excellent quality of their products, and top-notch customer service make them a great choice for any fly fisherman.
