Strap on shoes came off after one wear
Man, these shoes are such a disappointment! I was so excited - pre-ordered them and everything. But then they arrived, my wife put them on, and bam, the strap just falls off after a few steps. Complete waste of money. Can you believe the poor quality?

I've rented cars from this company a bunch of times, and every time they've blown me away with their service. The last go-around, I booked a car for a trip to Brisbane, Australia. Sadly, I had to cancel last minute for reasons out of my control, but cancelling was a piece of cake. They made it so easy and stress-free. They quickly got my refund processed, and I was super grateful for their quickness. All in all, my dealings with this company have been great, and I'd totally suggest them to anyone.

I was so happy when I bought this beautiful piece of art from the website. The canvas is really great quality and it looks so good hanging above my bed. I suggest getting it framed to make it look even nicer. Trust me, you'll love it if you buy it.

Overall, my experiences with the company have been pretty good. I like the quality of the products and the customer service is great. But, one thing I've noticed is that the shipping can be kinda slow. Like, if you order something on a Friday or even sometimes on a Thursday, it might not get shipped out until Monday or Tuesday. In today's world where everything moves fast, I think they could do better in that area.

Oh my gosh, I can't believe it! I got into an accident and my insurance only covered part of my rental costs. But guess what? Turns out I had over 5,000 points and ended up not paying a dime for a four-day rental ? The staff at the Dutchess Turpike spot in Poughkeepsie was amazing, so friendly and helpful!!! Huge thanks to you all, you're the best! ?

Subscription service
This subscription service doesn't even bother to send reminders before they charge you, which is not cool at all. When you try to talk to customer service about it, all they do is hide behind the terms of service and say they can't give you a refund. It's frustrating, so I recommend looking for a different service with better options.

Affordable Furniture
The furniture at this store is really nice and the prices are great. The only issue I have is that sometimes they run out of stock, which can be annoying if you have your heart set on something. I just wish they could do a better job of keeping their inventory up to date. But overall, I've been pleased with the furniture I've bought from them.

Wasted Money and Time
I've never had such terrible customer service before. I ordered something that never showed up, and when I tried to get in touch with their customer service through emails and phone calls, I didn't get a helpful response or a solution to my missing order. It's annoying to see my order stuck in "label created" status for over two weeks with no updates. I just don't have the time or energy to keep going after Bluemercury for an order that should've been here by now. This has been the worst experience with customer service I've ever had.
