    I made a purchase online thinking it would get here quick, but it didn't. They told me they refunded me because of a mistake in the warehouse.     I had the weirdest thing happen with my first time buying from this store. I put in all my details and then out of the blue, they just up and canceled my order. They said it was because they thought it was sketchy, and so they cancelled my payment. I was so annoyed and didn't get why they did that all of a sudden.

    Fraud Accusations

    Man, I've been shopping at this store for a minute now, dropping some serious cash on their products every month. But when I went to snag my go-to moisturizer, they hit me with the fraud accusation and straight up canceled my order not once, but twice! I was heated because I always play by the rules and they had the nerve to insinuate I was pulling some shady business. So, I fired off this angry email telling them to shut it down and never hit me up again. Now, I'm keeping it real by shopping directly from the brand.

    So I ordered this lipstick online, right? I was super excited to try it because it was supposed to be really nice. But guess what? When my package arrived, there were only two out of the three lipsticks I ordered! And the missing one was the most expensive! Can you believe it? I've emailed their customer service twice already and all they said was they would look into it. But nothing happened after that! I'm so stressed out, man. Maybe I should just call them and see what's up. Ugh, such a bad experience, never ordering from them again.

    My recent attempt to buy an e-gift card for my buddy was a real letdown. I tried twice to do it online, but both times they canceled my order because they thought it was shady. When I talked to customer service to find out what was up, they said I had no history of online purchases and suggested I go to a store instead. Not being able to order online and the lack of communication between the website and the reps was a major hassle. Bluemercury needs to get this fixed quick so people can have an easier time shopping.

    I bought a gift and decided to pay extra for overnight delivery, but it was a total disaster. I made the order on a Wednesday afternoon, but by Friday, it still hadn't been sent out. When I reached out to customer service, they told me it was still "in process." It finally got shipped on Friday evening, but to my disappointment, I wouldn't receive it until Monday instead of Saturday like I planned since UPS was supposed to deliver it. Where did the overnight delivery promise go? I'm just really let down!

    I was so surprised by how terrible my online order experience was. I thought I was splurging on some fancy skincare goodies, but it was a disaster. They said my stuff would ship in 2 days, but it never even left the warehouse. When I asked for a refund or replacement, they just kept giving me the runaround with no real answers. It seems like this shady stuff happens too often, and lots of folks end up getting ripped off. It's a shame that a company can get away with being so sneaky.     My recent shopping experience at the store was pretty disappointing. I bought a bunch of stuff online three weeks ago, but I still don't know when it's gonna show up. And to top it off, they told me it's gonna come in four different deliveries, which is such a hassle. Plus, every time I've been to the store in Woodbury, the employees were totally unhelpful and didn't know anything about what they were selling. Overall, dealing with this brand has been a letdown and makes me really think twice about shopping there again.

    I tried to buy the same stuff 6 times and each time my order got cancelled right away. Bluemercury keeps saying it was 'Fraudulent charges', but my bank said there's no problem. I wasted a ton of time and missed out on Black Friday deals because of this.

    I gotta say, my recent experience ordering online from this store was just not up to par. Like, they've got some awesome stuff, but man, the whole online ordering situation is a mess. It took forever for my orders to actually ship, and on top of that, I got the wrong stuff in 3 out of the 5 orders I placed. And don't even get me started on trying to get in touch with them via email - zero response. Just really frustrating all around.

    Missing Dyson Airwrap

    I was on the phone with customer service, and they told me they checked with the warehouse and claimed they put 2 Dysons in the box, but I only got one. Now they're saying they won't give me a refund or send a replacement and I'm calling them thieves. Dealing with this whole situation has been super annoying, from the missing item in the first place to the unclear communication about what's going on with UPS. I'd definitely warn people to not order from this company.

    I've never had such terrible customer service before. I ordered something that never showed up, and when I tried to get in touch with their customer service through emails and phone calls, I didn't get a helpful response or a solution to my missing order. It's annoying to see my order stuck in "label created" status for over two weeks with no updates. I just don't have the time or energy to keep going after Bluemercury for an order that should've been here by now. This has been the worst experience with customer service I've ever had.

    Bluemercury's customer service is the absolute worst. I tried multiple times to stop getting their emails, but they just kept coming. It was so frustrating how they wouldn't help me out or even respond. I ended up having to block them completely.     Let me tell you about the time I went to this fancy cosmetics store that everyone talks about. I wanted to pamper myself with a Vitamin C serum and thought Bluemercury would be the perfect place for a little luxury skincare splurge. Well, let me tell you, I was dead wrong! I got the serum in the mail, and when I eagerly tore into the package, guess what? The bottle was expired! Can you even believe it? I was so let down. I didn't shell out my own hard-earned money just to get a product that should have been thrown away a long time ago. The fact that this store doesn't pay attention to detail or quality control is just not okay. If you're going to charge a ton of money, the least you can do is make sure your products are fresh and not expired!

    I was a little unsure about buying because of some bad reviews, but man, my experience turned out awesome. I went ahead and got some sunscreen online and was shocked by just how fast and smooth the whole thing went. I placed my order on a Monday and bam, got it by Thursday. They didn't waste any time getting my stuff sent out, plus they threw in some extra samples which was a nice touch. And guess what?
