I was so surprised by how terrible my online order experience was. I thought I was splurging on some fancy skincare goodies, but it was a disaster. They said my stuff would ship in 2 days, but it never even left the warehouse. When I asked for a refund or replacement, they just kept giving me the runaround with no real answers. It seems like this shady stuff happens too often, and lots of folks end up getting ripped off. It's a shame that a company can get away with being so sneaky. I'd steer clear if you don't want to waste your cash.

Easy service
The service was alright, but what bugged me was having to pay extra for stuff like setting my project to private. It just doesn't seem fair when you're already shelling out for the service. It was okay overall, not as great as another service I've tried, but at least it wasn't crazy expensive.
