I slipped it on right out of the box for a holiday party last weekend and honestly felt great — soft, a bit stretchy and easy to move in. Lots of compliments, would buy again.
Last-minute win
Overall I’m glad I bought it — needed a last-minute wedding dress and it arrived fast. Fit was off so I had it altered locally, but fabric felt nicer than I expected, worth it.
Instagram find, fast delivery
I saw it on Instagram and texted my sister to check it out. Shipping was super fast, packaging cute. Customer service was responsive, not perfect but actually helped me sort a return — kinda relieved.
Surprising fit
I almost didn’t buy it — worried the size would be wrong since I usually wear a 6. Ended up ordering a 4 and it hugs nicely, kind of a surprise. Arrived on time; had bad experiences with others, so that felt good.
Sizing hiccup, quick fix
Right after I tried it on I knew the size was off — a colleague tipped me to the brand though. Customer service sorted it out fast, sent a replacement, and it arrived on time. Relieved and pleased.
Overseas gamble
I almost didn't order 'cause the seller was overseas and sizes looked off. The jacket arrived too small, and dealing with the claim was slow and annoying, but eventually they issued a refund. I usually buy local, so this was new — still cautious.
Not convinced at first
Booked this dress last minute because my sister's wedding was coming up and I have a bad back, so I needed something that fit without fuss. I was skeptical when they messaged about the event date, but it arrived exactly when they said—so, pleasantly surprised.
Not worth the risk
Not worth it. I bought a dress for my wedding and needed an easy return. They ignored their own policy after many emails and told me to sell it or keep it. Fabric was cheap. I'm really disappointed.
Almost saved by a tailor
cheap-feeling fabric, one dress even ripped. After a quick tailor fix I was oddly relieved; not perfect, but it did the job.
Almost a mess but service helped
Was skeptical — dress showed up late and at first I figured it was a disaster. It didn’t fit and felt cheap, but customer service eventually answered and helped with the return after some back-and-forth. Not great quality, but service redeemed it. Check measurements next time though.
Last-minute win
Was scrambling to get a dress for my friend's wedding and ordered this last-minute — totally a risk, I know. It showed up on time and I put it on right after opening the box. The fabric actually felt soft, not cheap at all, and the fit was nicer than I expected (seriously). Customer replies were quick, no ghosting, and the little freebie they tucked in made my day.
Almost didn't buy it
Weirdly, I almost didn't order this dress. I was unsure about color and fit. Their team messaged me about my skin tone first, which calmed me down — other shops never bother. The shoulder needs a tiny tweak, and yeah I'm doing that myself, but it's an easy fix. Fabric feels good. Overall I'm pleasantly surprised. A little skeptical at first, now pretty happy.
Small headache, decent fix
they don’t advertise they ship from China, and when I needed a return the shipping fee and their shipping deduction made my refund much smaller — that was annoying. On the bright side they let you donate unwanted stuff for a 70% refund, which I did, and honestly felt better than fighting. Glad it didn’t become a huge mess.
Not worth the risk
I wouldn’t buy from them again. I ordered a last-minute bridesmaid dress and needed it fast — it did arrive on time, which I’m grateful for, but the dress was damaged, smelled bad and had hair on it. Customer service was nonexistent, only sent a return address after ages, and the refund gives you about a third back — plus you pay FedEx to send it to China.
Photos showing up everywhere
images were lifted from other shops. I’m glad others flagged it, but it left a bad taste. If you’re thinking of buying, do a reverse-image search first or contact the original seller. Would have liked better transparency.
Wedding-crisis averted, kinda
I thought I got scammed, but it actually worked out in the end. Saw the dress on Instagram (my cousin wouldn’t stop showing it to me), ordered and asked for a rush date; communication was messy—lots of back-and-forth and a “where’s my package?” vibe. Courier mix-up was blamed; I was ready to scream. Customer support eventually found it, shipped a replacement, I even chased a refund (not fun), but it worked out and it arrived looking fine — still a bit wary, though.
When it finally fit
I thought it would be fine, but the moment I slipped it on I knew it was right. The fit was immediate. It sat where it should and held its shape — the built-in bra and boning do their job. Lining is soft against the skin, not scratchy. They sent photos when it was finished, and the box arrived sooner than I guessed. Came with a petticoat, which was a nice surprise. My only small note is about color swatches; I wished there were more. Still, if you can, choose custom measurements. Worth it for the fit.
Birthday dress delivery
the dress was pretty and the sizing matched the chart. Biggest gripe was the delivery speed and that there’s no phone number, only a message form. Still, their replies were timely and they sorted a small mix-up, so I felt taken care of in the end.
Color mix-up that became a headache
the dresses did arrive physically on time, so logistics weren’t the issue — just the color and the follow-through. In the end I found replacements locally (thankfully) and the wedding went on without the drama, so I’m glad it didn’t ruin things. Still, paying over $200 for items I couldn’t use and getting stonewalled is frustrating. If you’re buying for an event and need something you can actually return or talk to someone about, I’d look elsewhere.
When the box hit the table
too big and heavier than expected, seams a bit rough. I sent exact measurements, so that part was frustrating. The weird thing is they were communicative while making it — quick replies, checking details — and then went quiet when I raised a problem. Anyway, I didn’t want to panic three weeks out, so I booked a local tailor. The moment I knew I could actually wear it was after the first fitting: the hips taken in, a hem cleaned up, straps adjusted. It still isn’t museum-quality — you can tell some parts were rushed and the fabric is on the cheap side — but the silhouette finally worked and that relief was real. If I had infinite time I’d have returned it, but with a deadline, the fix was good enough. My advice: assume you’ll need a tailor, keep photos of your measurements, and ask more questions up front. Not perfect, but in the end it did the job.
