The dress I got was way too small, even though I ordered the right size. When I reached out to customer service through email about it, they just told me to get it fixed myself or give it away, which wasn't helpful at all. Honestly, my whole experience with this company was awful, and I wouldn't suggest buying from them at all.
Wedding dress purchase
I was a little nervous about ordering my wedding dress online without being able to see it in person, but I decided to go for it and I'm so glad I did. The dress turned out amazing, it's exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with it. Everyone keeps telling me how beautiful it is and they can't believe I got it online. The customer service was also really great, they were super helpful and made the whole process easy. Thanks for making wedding dress shopping stress-free!
navy dress, fabric quality, color issue
The dress material is good quality and seems well-made. But I gotta say, I was kinda let down by the color. I thought I ordered navy, but it came in a lighter shade, not the true navy I wanted. It was a bummer 'cause the color was a big deal for me when I picked this dress. However, the fabric and overall quality are still good, so if the color isn't a deal-breaker for you, it's still worth checking out.
Bridal gown purchase
I was kinda hesitant at first about buying my wedding dress online, but I'm really happy I went for it with this company. The dress I got was just breathtaking and it fit me like a glove, all thanks to the custom measurements. Even with everything going on with COVID-19, my dress showed up right on schedule and in perfect shape. The quality was top-notch, and it matched the picture on the website perfectly. I totally suggest this company if you're on the hunt for a gorgeous dress without breaking the bank.
Pale yellow mermaid style special event dress
I ordered this dress thinking it'd be this nice pale yellow mermaid style for a special event, but it came in this super bright canary yellow instead. It was totally different from what I had in mind. Had to go through the whole thing of sending it back, but luckily, it wasn't too much of a pain. Raina was actually pretty helpful in getting it returned. Still, it's a bummer not getting the color I wanted. Even though the color was off, I have to admit, the dress itself was really pretty and made well, just not in the right shade.
Beautiful dress, shipping issues
I just bought this gorgeous dress from a store and it was really stunning, just like in the pictures. But I ran into some problems with the shipping. I paid more for faster shipping so I could get the dress by a certain date, but it didn't get delivered on time like they said. The seller did try to fix the problem, but it didn't really help in the end. Even though the shipping was a headache, I was happy with how great the dress was.

What a rip off , ordered dress for 6 yr old specified no extra length and delivered 4 inches longer. Stated would not take return as custom order but not delivered as ordered. Made me take picture and I compared it to dress in child’s closet to size and looks ridiculously long and still refused return. Do not work with this company!
