I bought a piece of art from this company, but it came in broken. I contacted them right away with pictures to show what happened, hoping they would fix it fast. But their communication and problem-solving process have been pretty disappointing. They sent me a generic email reply that didn't really say when I'll get a replacement. It's annoying to have to keep asking them for updates and I still don’t have a tracking number after a few days. The art itself is nice, but they really need to work on their customer service and fixing issues better.
