Canvas order exceeded expectations
I have to say, I was completely amazed by how awesome the canvas I ordered turned out. I am so happy with my purchase and I am already thinking about getting another one. The pictures on the canvas panel set are really amazing. We put it up above our claw tub in our master bathroom, and every morning it makes us happy and starts our day off right. I bought a piece of art from this company, but it came in broken. I contacted them right away with pictures to show what happened, hoping they would fix it fast. But their communication and problem-solving process have been pretty disappointing. They sent me a generic email reply that didn't really say when I'll get a replacement. It's annoying to have to keep asking them for updates and I still don’t have a tracking number after a few days. The art itself is nice, but they really need to work on their customer service and fixing issues better.
