I've been shopping at this store for a while now, and I gotta say, their stuff is top-notch. Every time I get a package, it's all good and matches the description. But, I do think their prices can be a bit steep compared to other similar products out there. Oh my gosh, I had the most amazing time shopping for swimsuits! I ended up getting three different styles and they all looked fantastic on me. Large item sizing issue
The size of the item I bought was way off. When I got it, I was surprised to see that what was supposed to be a large actually looked more like a medium. It was frustrating to see that the size chart they gave me was way off. I think they should have given more details on the sizing in the product description to prevent this kind of mix-up. Because of this, I'm not so sure about buying from this brand again in the future.

The online photo book turned out really great with all my pictures from social media. The quality was awesome, and I was super happy with how it came out. Complicated online shopping experience
The website was really hard to figure out, the deals were confusing, and my order that I made on February 12, 2021 showed up missing stuff with a note saying I'd get my money back for the things they didn't send. I tried reaching out through chat to customer service a bunch of times, but they never gave me the refund like they said they would. It all makes sense now why they only take credit cards and not PayPal - it's a lot harder to get your money back, even for just part of it, when the seller doesn't follow through. This whole thing was a super bad experience, almost like they were trying to scam me.
