Dining Room Table and Chairs
I just got this really awesome dining table and chairs, and I am in love with them! The table is made of real wood and it looks absolutely beautiful in my dining room. I had been searching for a mid-century modern style table for a while, and I finally found the perfect one at this store. The quality is amazing, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The customer service was outstanding as well! When the original table I wanted was out of stock, they called me and offered me other options to choose from. The representative even gave me her personal number so I could reach out to her anytime. On top of that, they delivered it straight to my house which was so convenient. Overall, I'm beyond satisfied with my new dining set and I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of furniture.
Two chairs
I recently bought two chairs back in September, but they were on backorder and didn't arrive until January. Despite the long wait, I was really impressed with the quality of the chairs and had a great overall experience with the company. I would definitely recommend them and will for sure think about buying from them again in the future. I gave them a perfect 10/10 for their professionalism and the quality of their products. I want to give a special shoutout to Eddie for helping me out with a delivery question and to Dennis, who was super kind, a great communicator, and really professional throughout the whole process. Working with the team at this company was a real pleasure.
Leather chair purchase
I was really impressed with the customer service I got from this company. When I got my leather chair and saw some damage, I contacted their customer service team. They were super quick and professional in dealing with my problem. They sent me a replacement piece right away, and I was so happy with how fast they fixed everything. Not only did they go above and beyond with their customer service, but the wood and leather chair I got was really top quality. Because of this great experience, I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.
Wall lamp purchase
The wall lamp I got from Memoky, Inc was really nice looking and fit in well with my room decor. It arrived pretty quickly too, which was great. The only problem I had was putting it up. The instructions were easy to understand, but it was tough for me to do solo. I also had a hard time with this little screw, it just wouldn't go back in like it was supposed to. I tried a bunch of times with the allen wrench, but the screw ended up dropping and I lost it. Even without that one screw, the lamp seems pretty sturdy.
Business desks purchase
I just got two business desks from this company and I gotta say, the whole experience was awesome. They showed up and got set up quicker than I expected, and the quality was way better than I thought it'd be. They were always quick and professional with any questions I had too. I'm definitely thinking about coming back for some stuff for my house soon.
Sideboard purchase
I just bought a sideboard from this company, but when it showed up, it was messed up. Luckily, the Customer Service team was amazing. They hopped on the problem right away and got a replacement sent out to me super fast. Jacob really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything. Honestly, the service I got was top-notch and totally exceeded what I was expecting.

Barstool replacement service
My experience with this company was actually pretty good, even though the bar stools I got at first were messed up. When I contacted customer service, I talked to a real person named Jeffery. He looked into the problem and quickly got replacement parts sent to me. It was easy and fast, and now I'm using my new bar stools with no problems. I'm thankful for the quick fix and great customer service from this company.
Media console and table
I found this awesome media console that was exactly like the picture! Definitely a 5/5 for that. But then I ordered a table that was supposed to be super sleek and shiny, but it was a total letdown. The metal base had strange discolorations that just wouldn't go away, they looked like they were permanent. And to top it off, the glass top was all scratched up because the corners got messed up during shipping. It's really disappointing, honestly. Definitely a 1/5 for me.
Sectional sofa purchase
I called customer service before buying my sectional sofa and they were super quick to respond and answer all my questions. The sofa was delivered in less than a week after I ordered it and it arrived in perfect condition. The delivery folks didn't just drop it off - they set it up for me and even cleaned up afterward. It was a great extra touch.

Oval tulip table purchase
I have to say, the person at that store really came through for me! I was dealing with some serious issues with the delivery company, but they were so helpful and made sure my table got to me really quickly. And let me tell you, this oval tulip table is amazing! It's now the coolest thing I own. It's so pretty and sturdy, I can't stop admiring it. I'm honestly thrilled with my purchase!
