Unfulfilled product delivery
I'm really upset with how this company has treated me. I placed an order with them back in September 2022 and all I got was one box of 25 ampoules. I've tried contacting customer service through emails, texts, and calls, but all I get back are automated responses. I'm owed over $600 in refunds and I've asked them to stop charging my credit card, but nothing has changed. It's frustrating to see them still selling on Amazon while ignoring loyal customers like me. The lack of communication and transparency is not okay, and I no longer trust them to keep their word.

Chair purchase
I had a really great time shopping at this store. The customer service was amazing, they really go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I felt like a VIP the whole time I was there. The chairs I bought are gorgeous and really well-made. The whole buying process was easy, the customer service was great, and the shipping was perfect. Big shoutout to Jacob, he was super helpful.
