Absolutely awful
I am totally shocked by how terrible it was. John was fine, but everything else was just absolutely awful. I can't believe how bad it was, like, oh my gosh, it was just so terrible, like, really really bad. Have I mentioned how awful it was?
Delayed delivery
I'm so frustrated with this company. It's taken way too long for them to even respond to my concerns about my delayed product delivery. The customer service is terrible and doesn't seem to care. This whole thing has been a bad experience, and I seriously doubt I'll ever buy from them again.
Bought a $509 set up
I was really looking forward to getting the set from this company, but it ended up being a huge letdown. I placed my order on November 30th, but weeks went by and I still hadn't gotten anything. I tried calling and emailing them several times, but all I got were generic apologies about carrier issues. I never got my order, and now I'm working with my bank and credit card to get my money back. Such a disappointment!
Faulty product
I bought this product not too long ago and was really let down by how poor the quality was. The plastic piece that holds the water actually cracked after just a few weeks of using it. I tried reaching out to ask about getting a new part, but unfortunately, I never got a response back. It's really frustrating to not get any help, especially since this product was pretty pricey. I was really trying to follow the instructions and use it properly, but the leaks kept happening and I couldn't keep up with my treatment plan. Because of this, I can't even tell if the product would have worked on my spider veins or not.
Late delivery with missing items
I was really let down by my experience with this company. I bought something on November 3rd, 2023, and paid right away using Amazon Pay. But when I got the item on December 5th, 2023, it was missing the cartridges it needed to work. It was basically useless, which made me feel like I got ripped off.
Ampules not received
I bought some vials, but I never received them even though I paid a bunch of money. They keep telling me it's a shipping issue, but I'm not buying it. I only received a single box, but I paid for more than that. I don't think their customer service is legit because all my messages were likely answered by robots. So, I'm canceling the automatic billing and trying to get my money refunded. ?
Increased blood flow support for CRPS
After finding out I had chronic regional pain syndrome (CRPS) and my foot wasn't getting enough blood flow, I knew I had to do something. I looked into different products that promised to improve circulation and reduce pain, and D'Oxyva stood out to me as the perfect choice. Unlike other systems that were bulky and needed multiple patches all over, D'Oxyva was easy to use and it actually worked. Since I started using it, I've noticed a real difference in how I feel, and I'll definitely be telling others in the same boat about it.

Unfulfilled product delivery
I'm really upset with how this company has treated me. I placed an order with them back in September 2022 and all I got was one box of 25 ampoules. I've tried contacting customer service through emails, texts, and calls, but all I get back are automated responses. I'm owed over $600 in refunds and I've asked them to stop charging my credit card, but nothing has changed. It's frustrating to see them still selling on Amazon while ignoring loyal customers like me. The lack of communication and transparency is not okay, and I no longer trust them to keep their word.
Average online shopping experience
My experience with this website was alright, nothing really special. When I first saw the website, it seemed fine, but there was just this weird feeling I couldn't shake. I'm not totally sure if the services they offer are legit, but I thought I'd take a look around anyway. The design of the website was just okay, nothing amazing. Delayed Order for Doxyva
I'm really disappointed with the company that sells this product. I ordered Doxyva back in November, but it's been four months now and I still haven't heard anything about my order. I've tried contacting them multiple times, but all I get is radio silence. It's so frustrating not knowing what's going on. Makes me wonder if this is all a big scam. I've even asked to speak with a manager or the CEO, but it's like my requests have disappeared into thin air. Their customer service is seriously lacking and they don't seem to care about my concerns at all. I still haven't gotten my product or any money back. Starting to worry that I got caught up in a scam.

I recently purchased this really neat device and I was really looking forward to testing it out! But when I needed some help and tried reaching out to the company, no one would answer my calls or texts. I even tried chatting with their automated bots, but they couldn't assist me at all. I mean, how am I supposed to get help if they're not even responding to me? I left messages and all, but still haven't heard anything back. It's just so frustrating!
Disappointed customer experience
It's really disappointing to see how this company is lacking transparency and honesty. My husband believed in the product and used it for 7 months, spending over $3,500, but the promised results never showed up. What's even worse is that the company shared my husband's personal health information without asking, which is a clear violation of privacy. Their lack of accountability and integrity is just not right. We've tried to reach out through emails, but they haven't addressed our concerns at all. It's troubling to see a company behave this way and betray the trust of its customers.
