New deodorant purchase
I noticed that I was starting to smell bad and I was worried it might be because of a health problem. So, I went to see my doctor. Turns out, the deodorant I was using, Lume, was actually making the stink worse. I couldn't believe it! That stuff just wasn't cutting it. I went back to my old brand and the bad smell went away right away.

At first, I thought this little gadget was a total joke. How could something so tiny actually make a difference? But man, was I wrong! I swear, I felt the effects right away. I just bought a dress from this store, and man, let me tell you, the delivery took forever! It felt like waiting for the next season of my favorite TV show. I placed the order back in August and totally forgot about it until I was tracking a different order I made in September. Seriously? Can you please get it together? I really want to support this store, but all these delays and mistakes are making it tough for me to stay loyal.

High-end shorts
I recently bought a really nice pair of shorts from this store, but they ended up being too small. I couldn't return them in time because I was away for work. When I tried to return them after I got back, they said it was too late and wouldn't take them back since I had already worn them once. I was pretty bummed out because I really liked their stuff and had been a loyal customer.

Lip balm and hand cream
So I headed over to this store because I saw some lip balm and hand cream on their website that I wanted to snag. But man, when I got there, they weren't honoring the online deals at all! And it's not like they were out of stock or anything, the items were just sittin' on the shelf. On top of that, the employees seemed like they thought they were too cool for me or somethin'. I left a review online and they tried to act all nice by telling me to email their boss. So I did, and what did I get? Some generic email that didn't even touch on my concerns. So disappointing.
