Bamboo cutting board purchase
I recently got a bamboo cutting board and man, let me tell you, the customer service at this place is a total mess! The board had a defect when it arrived, so I reached out to customer service for help. They asked me to send a pic of the issue, which I did right away. But their response was dismissive and not helpful at all. The rep totally ignored the problem. I was so confused that I called the customer service line and finally talked to a nice lady who said they would send a replacement without me having to return the bad board. <br><br>But then things got even more complicated! I got an email from someone else saying that I had to send back the board before they could send a new one. Talk about mixed messages! All this back and forth made me super frustrated and wasted a bunch of my time. Even after many calls for clarification, I still didn't know if I needed to return the product or not. Tired of the confusion and lack of solution, I just asked for a refund to make things easier. <br><br>Bamford really needs to step up their game when it comes to handling customer complaints. Their communication is so confusing and inconsistent, it's really disappointing. As a customer, I just wanted a simple fix to my issue, but instead, I got confusion and inefficiency. Bamford, you gotta do better if you want to keep your customers.
Lip balm and hand cream
So I headed over to this store because I saw some lip balm and hand cream on their website that I wanted to snag. But man, when I got there, they weren't honoring the online deals at all! And it's not like they were out of stock or anything, the items were just sittin' on the shelf. On top of that, the employees seemed like they thought they were too cool for me or somethin'. I left a review online and they tried to act all nice by telling me to email their boss. So I did, and what did I get? Some generic email that didn't even touch on my concerns. So disappointing.
