Pawz: Just an average pet supply company
As someone who's been a customer of Pawz for a while now, I can say that overall, my experience with the company has been pretty good. Their selection of pet products is decent and their prices are competitive. I appreciate that they offer a variety of brands, so I can choose the one that's best for my furry friend.
One thing I really like about Pawz is their website. It's easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for. I also appreciate that they have a lot of product information available, so I can make an informed decision before making a purchase.
However, there are a few things that I think the company could improve on. For one, their shipping can be a bit slow. I've had to wait longer than I expected for my orders to arrive. Additionally, I've had a couple of issues with items being out of stock or backordered. It would be helpful if the website provided more accurate information about product availability.

I recently got four long-sleeve T-shirts from this company, and let me tell you, I'm super impressed. The material is top-notch and the fit is just right. But the best part is that a portion of my purchase goes towards rescuing dogs and pups, which is just so heartwarming. I really love supporting companies that are making a positive impact on the world, and this one definitely nails it with their mission to save animals. I just adore everything about this company and their products.
Leash, face mask, and clothing
I really love Pawz because they donate some of their profits to help homeless dogs! It's pretty awesome to think that every time I make a purchase from them, I'm actually making a real difference in a dog's life. Plus, the stuff they sell is really great - I got a super cute leash for my dog, a cool face mask, and even some stylish clothes for myself. Their website is super easy to use and they have a ton of different things to pick from. I'm definitely going to shop at Pawz again to help out their cause and grab some awesome stuff for myself too!
Hoodies for dog lovers
I was really blown away by the company's mission to rescue all dogs and help them find loving homes. As a huge dog lover, it was so touching to know that when I buy stuff from this company, I'm helping out such a good cause. The hoodies I got were not only really nice and cozy, they also spread a message of life, love, and freedom for dogs everywhere. I feel proud to wear them and spread the word about Pawz. Delayed holiday order
I placed an order back in mid-November, hoping to get it before the holidays. But now, it's December 26th and I still don't have a shipping date. I've contacted customer service several times, and only after the third attempt did I get a response. They told me to be patient because of Covid safety measures. I get it, but waiting for over a month without knowing when my order will be shipped is really disappointing.
5 hoodies totaling over $200
I ordered a bunch of stuff, about $200 worth, including 5 hoodies, over two weeks ago. But the order still says "unfulfilled". I contacted customer service, but all I got was a robotic response that didn't help at all. It's frustrating. They should be taking care of the orders they already have instead of just trying to make more sales. I was hoping to give these items as Christmas gifts, and now I have to find something else last minute. This company's lack of organization and customer service is really disappointing.
Purchased merchandise supporting animal rescue
I always try to support companies that give back to the community, especially when it comes to helping abandoned or mistreated animals. So, I was really excited to find this store that not only sells top-notch stuff celebrating the joys of having a dog, but also donates part of their sales to animal rescue organizations. The things I bought were not only well-crafted but also had a special touch that really connected with my love for animals. It feels great to know that my purchase is making a difference in the lives of animals who need help.
XL 100% cotton shirt
I was so pumped to get my XL 100% cotton shirt from Pawz because I had heard awesome things about their products. But man, I was let down when I saw that the shirt didn't shrink as much as I wanted after washing it. It ended up being way too big for me, so I ended up giving it to my daughter. Don't get me wrong, the shirt is still great quality and my daughter is obsessed with it, but I was bummed it didn't fit me like I thought it would. Lesson learned - next time I'll go with a large instead of an XL.
Tie-dye sweatshirt purchase
I just bought a tie-dye sweatshirt from this company, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how comfy and well-made it is. It's super soft and cozy, and it's quickly become a go-to item in my closet. The tie-dye colors are so vibrant and cool, and I've gotten a ton of compliments on it already. Black Columbia fleece and maroon tribal long sleeve
I just got this black Columbia fleece and a maroon tribal long sleeve from this store, and let me tell you, I am so happy with what I got. The quality of both pieces is amazing and they are super comfy to wear. I wear that Columbia fleece all the time now, especially when I'm working as a vet tech. It's light but still keeps me nice and cozy, and I've had clients tell me how great it looks on me. I'll definitely be coming back to this store for more stuff in the future.
Human size circular nap bed
I just got a big round nap bed for my dogs to cozy up in, but I'm not too happy with it. The center memory foam is nice and comfy, but the outer bolster cushion is a letdown. It's made of a bunch of small pieces of foam wrapped in flimsy white nylon that tears easily. Trying to wash the bed cover is a nightmare because the foam bits go everywhere. Putting the cushion back in place is a hassle too, as more foam pieces keep falling out. It's a real pain and now the bed is pretty much useless.
Animal-themed products
I just got some super cute animal-themed stuff from this store, and let me tell you, I'm really impressed. The quality is excellent and perfect for any pet lover like me. And, what's even cooler is that part of every purchase goes toward helping animal causes, which is a cause I think is awesome. I'll definitely keep shopping at this store and telling other pet lovers about it.
Sweatshirt purchase
I'm loving my new sweatshirt so much! It's just really soft and cozy, and also knowing that my purchase helped out no-kill shelters makes it even better. The design is adorable with paw prints all over. It's pretty much been my go-to outfit since I got it!
Two trendy hoodies
I bought two super cool hoodies from this store and totally loved wearing them. Whenever I wore them out, I got a bunch of compliments! But man, dealing with their international website has been a huge pain. I've been trying to order more stuff from overseas, but that website just won't cooperate. And on top of that, they're straight up ghosting me when I reach out for help. It's really frustrating and honestly, it's pretty disappointing. It's definitely not a good look for them.
Monthly subscription shirts
I signed up for this awesome subscription for these really cute shirts, but I keep getting the same one every month! I thought I'd be getting new designs each time, but it's just the same one repeated. I really hope they can fix this issue so I can add some variety to my wardrobe.

I had a little issue with my package showing as delivered when it wasn't, but I was pretty happy once it finally arrived. I was kinda concerned that my order had gone missing or been taken, but I'm relieved that my stuff got to me in the end.
